  ok i usually dont like to do bad reviews bc i literally used to work at dunkin but the last cpl times ivewent here my order was wrong. & they didn’t spread my cream cheese either like at all i had to wait until i had access to a butter knife to spread it at home because it was kinda just blobbed on there 🥲… and my chai’s didn’t have less ice or the vanilla that i requested at the counter, it wasn’t on my ticket so whoever was cashier (5/2/26 at around 11am) most likely just didn’t put it down at all for the other girl to make unfortunatelyy. but the food was still okay, the store is clean and the workers are nice

  Manager is rude and nasty constantly messing up orders and be mad at customer for their mistakes. Every single time I go they mess up order and have additude about it. They really suck and I can't understand why she is still employed. I see I'm not the only one complaining about her horrible customer service.

  Not to bad, it would be so much better if the product was fresh made on site and if they actually opened up at a real donut shops hours.
