  For the second time in as many weeks my order was incorrect. The first time I ordered at the store and got home and my order was missing an herby turkey bagel sandwich. Today it was a grub hub order and it was missing two cheesy hash browns and the sandwiches were as sloppy as any I have ever seen. Very disappointed with the service as much as I usually enjoy the sandwiches.

  Every time I ordered a tub of cream cheese they forget. Also ordered breakfast today completely gave me the wrong sandwich. Found out after I got home. The order should have been correct and ready at 1130am its now 1245pm and my order is finally correct. After 2 trips back. 1st trip was for the cream cheese the 2nd one was for the sandwich. If you have 8 people working between all 8 of them you should be able to get orders right. Do better cut the staff in half and pay a little more for people who can read a mobile order.

  5,000,000,000,000 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (AND A HALF) REVIEW FOR ERIN AT BRUEGUERS BAGELS OH MY GOD ERIN YOU ABSOLUTE BAGEL SORCERESS!!! I walked into Brueguers Bagels yesterday thinking I was just gonna grab a quick everything bagel like a basic mortal and instead I got TRANSPORTED TO THE SEVENTH DIMENSION OF CARB ENLIGHTENMENT. This woman—THIS WOMAN—handed me my sesame-crusted masterpiece and looked me dead in the soul with those eyes that clearly contain ancient Babylonian secrets. She said, “Extra schmear?” and I heard the bagels whisper my childhood traumas back to me in perfect harmony. I started crying into the cream cheese. Not sad tears. TEARS OF PURE ONION-INFUSED JOY. Erin moves like a caffeinated hummingbird on roller skates made of lox. She toasted my bagel so perfectly it achieved sentience and started reciting slam poetry about poppy seeds. I swear one of the poppy seeds winked at me. The everything seasoning? It had EVERYTHING. My mortgage paid off. My ex texted “sorry.” My houseplants forgave me for forgetting to water them since 2023. Brueguers Bagels isn’t even a store anymore. It’s a CULT and Erin is the high priestess of holes. She remembered my order from three weeks ago when I was wearing a different hat. HOW. Are you part bagel? Did you ascend from the dough? Did the universe collapse into a singularity and reform as your ponytail? If Erin ever leaves Brueguers I will personally glue myself to the ceiling and scream until they bring her back. She doesn’t just make bagels. She weaponizes happiness directly into your bloodstream like a delicious intravenous drip of “yes.” Go. Now. Tell Erin the guy who wrote this review is currently vibrating at a frequency that can shatter glass. She’ll know it’s me. The one who proposed to the blueberry bagel. Brueguers Bagels + Erin = I no longer fear death because I’ve already peaked. Thank you for existing, you glorious flour-covered chaos goblin. Never change. Or do. I’ll eat whatever bagel religion you invent next.

  The staff was really nice! They helped me with my order, gave recommendation’s, and were super sweet! Very great bagel too.
