  I go to Bruegger’s at least once or twice a week. It’s my favorite spot to get breakfast. Everyone there is so welcoming. the manager Jada is one of the nicest people I’ve met. She’s never gotten my order wrong. The establishment an atmosphere is very great and warm and welcoming.

  Website and online ordering is a horrible experience. When my first experience with the store is fighting their application to put my order in, then to have the app not allow payment for the order, it leaves me flabbergasted, and pissed off.

  Longtime customer but had not been there in a while...what a shock.!!.the bagels are much smaller and way less flavorful, the cream cheese on the bagels is paper thin. Aren't bagels supposed to have a hole in the middle.? Some of them are flat on one side and have the consistency of plain white bread..what are those supposed to be? Oh..and here is the clincher..6 bagels ---1 with butter,2 with cream cheese and 3 solo.. $ 25...whaaaat? I looked at the receipt when I got home. Charging extra for toppings and ingredients??- cheddar, rosemary olive oil,etc. I would have less of an issue if the taste and quality were there. Never again..support your local bakery and businesses. This is just poor quality fast food.

  I typically have a very positive experience at this Bruegger’s—service is great (Theo rocks!), staff is friendly, etc. But yesterday my daughter and I stopped in to get some lunch, and they were Out. Of. Bagels. At 12:05 pm!!!!! The cashier tried to interest us in drinks but I told her we were hungry! Drinks wouldn’t cut it. How a bagel shop that features sandwiches (breakfast AND lunch) can run out of bagels by noon is beyond me. We found a great deli to satisfy our appetite!
