  Coffee is never consistent, especially at the Schenectady location. The customer service is always pleasant though.

  7 brew coffee is quite literally my favorite coffee place now. The flavors are so good, the coffee is smooth, not bitter and the staff literally always has smiles on their faces.

  If I go it’s usually because I’m getting a drink for myself and someone that I supervise. I usually get the same thing they do for ease of ordering, but sometimes I get an energy and they will get a fizz. I specifically mentioned them marking or knowing which one was the energy and they assured me the lid would be labeled. Drinks came out and looked identical and the girl had no idea which was which. She then made a best guess based on how many bubbles it had. Nothing is cheap these days so that was really disappointing. Yall need to start labeling the drinks or get a sticker marking caffeinated if you guys can’t keep track. Won’t be back for a bit.

  Today I had Natalie take my order and John make my drink and I must say it was the best I’ve had since I started going there! Natalie greet you with a big smile, is very friendly And super helpful when it comes to helping you pick out your drink! I will definitely be back to this location. Whoopie pie!
