- RARenee AntoinetteSep 21, 20265.0I love this place! The employees are wonderful, the customer service is EXCELLENT & they’re always playing good (usually upbeat) music!🎶 A few weeks back I mentioned that my birthday was a few days prior (8/25) & 2employees in particular (I wish I could remember their names) told me that (because I’d already paid), I could come back the following day & they would give me a free drink for my birthday. Which I did & the same 2 employees remembered me & wished me a happy belated birthday when they gave me my free drink. It was really sweet! I’m not a big coffee drinker but they have energy drinks as well & my favorite is the 7 Energy Heat Wave Frozen Chiller!😋
- MBMichael BurdickSep 20, 20263.0So ridiculously slow today! Watched 1 girl keep writing and then erasing the window while the entire line was backed up. But your trapped in the line once you get in. Took 30 minutes for the line and was only 6 cars in the line.
- ABAusta BSep 9, 20265.0I waited in line for only about three minutes and the person who took my order was extremely friendly and helpful when I asked about what sugar-free flavors they had. Once I had ordered my drink, I only waited a few minutes for my drink to come out. The whole experience is insanely positive. The only thing was there were bees around the windows of my car when I was waiting for my drink with my window down. But I know they cannot control that.
- CHChristian HyrnySep 7, 20261.0Very rudely let me know they canceled walk up orders for the day when I walked from home not understanding or accepting at all of the fact I had already ordered online. Completely unprofessional...
- HJHannah JankeSep 6, 20261.0When I pulled up I watched two girls make my drink then decided to squeeze the cup to make the whip come out and in the cup and laugh then another girl grabbed my drink gave it to me and told me the cup is messy and gave me a stack of napkins. My whole hands was covered in syrup and whip cream I decided to just pull off I really love there coffee but what I seen today really made me upset to personally see someone mess with my drink and thought it was funny
