  This was the first time ordering takeout and we ordered the dinner for two. The meal was phenomenal. The food was made fresh and still hot when we got home. The sauce was the best that I’ve had in a while. I feel this will become our new go to place. Impressed!!

  Never order the Veal Capricciosa, you will not be able to eat it. Pounded so thin that the cheap oil they cook it in solidifies it to a “jerky” texture. Sadly live around the corner, and used to love this place until I had a couple bad meals in a row. Thought maybe I should give it a go again but I was very wrong.

  Chef Sal and the 808 Bistro absolutely blew us away! From the incredible service to every single dish, the entire experience was unforgettable. We started with the grilled calamari, and the flavor alone transported us. The baked clams were outstanding, the steak was so tender it completely melted in your mouth, and the duck was cooked to perfection. The eggplant rollatini was one of those dishes you just don’t want to stop eating. And the beautiful tray of desserts was the perfect finishing touch. But what truly makes this place special is Chef Sal himself. Taking the time to come sit with guests at the table adds such a warm and personal touch to the experience. How much better can it get? Chef Sal, it is always such a delight visiting your establishment whenever I’m in town. Thank you for making it such a memorable evening for me and my family. We can’t wait to come back!

  808 Bistro is an absolute gem. Sal, the owner and a truly spectacular chef, puts so much care and creativity into every dish-it really shows. Annamarie behind the bar is just wonderful, welcoming, attentive, and makes the whole experience even better. Great food, great people, and a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.Don’t skip dessert here the affogato was absolutely one of the best I’ve ever had, and the toasted almond cake completely blew me away. Both were rich, flavorful, and totally worth making room for!
