  3 stars for Haagen Dazs ice cream although the service was kinda miserable and the scoop portion sucks - their two scoops is one scoop anywhere else. Will stick with the Bronxville location.

  I really hate writing this review. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always had a pleasant experience, but the one star is not about the location, the aesthetics or the staff. It’s about the cost. I always order a chocolate shake and it’s great. However, now they just made the cups a lot smaller for the same price that I used to pay which is already insane. It’s $11 plus another $8 for a mini scoop of ice cream. $20 is not worth the experience. Prices are sticky and they never come down. It’s the principle that I just can’t justify paying so much money when I can buy a pint of ice cream for a fraction of this. There is no loyalty, appreciation and considering I used to come here 50 times plus per year with my family, Baskin Robbins is just as good and the new ice cream shop down the block as well.

  This place so bad they are so rude not recpefull they over charg also they charge tax even if I pay cash not recommended at all
