    A couple of years ago, when this Chipotle was about to open, we were actually very excited because it’s close to home. Unfortunately, it has been disappointing almost since day one. There have been recurring issues for years. One time, we placed an online order 30 minutes in advance, drove to the store, waited another 30 minutes after arriving, and then were told they could not make the food because they had already run out of key ingredients or certain meats. It was extremely frustrating to spend that much time waiting only to find out the order could not even be fulfilled. There have also been many other occasions where we placed online orders 20 minutes ahead of time, arrived at the store, and still ended up waiting while customers who walked in after us received their food 5–10 minutes earlier. It honestly feels like online orders are poorly managed at this location. Another recurring problem is missing items in takeout orders. Drinks, chips, and other side items are frequently forgotten. It has happened so many times that I’ve developed a habit of opening the bag and checking every order before leaving the store because there is a good chance something is missing. The management team seems to change constantly since the store first opened. Every time I see new management, I hope things will improve, but honestly it feels like the service keeps getting worse. The staff often look stressed, understaffed, and poorly trained. The utensil area is also frequently dirty and poorly maintained, which makes the overall dining experience feel unpleasant. Today was another frustrating experience. I stopped by to pick up lunch. My wife ordered a Tractor Organic Lemonade, and I thought it was the bottled drink since both drinks are labeled “Tractor Organic Lemonade.” I politely asked the staff about it, and although I understand they are under pressure and understaffed, the employee became visibly impatient and started raising her voice. I asked to speak with the manager, and she told me she was the manager. Another employee then stepped in and explained there are actually two different drinks with the same name, and that I needed to specifically order the bottled version. I explained that I had not even filled the cup yet and asked if I could simply switch to the bottled drink while paying the price difference, but I was told no and that I would have to purchase the bottled drink separately. At that point, I just gave up. That was the most frustrating part to me. This location can repeatedly forget items in takeout orders, but when a customer makes an honest mistake and politely asks for a simple adjustment, there is zero flexibility or willingness to help. The issue is not just this one drink misunderstanding. It’s the overall attitude, poor customer service, constant management turnover, and the feeling that the store is getting worse instead of improving.

    The server who is making the bowl is completely unprofessional and has a snarky attitude. First of all, when I say that I want chicken in my bowl, she gives the smallest scoop possible, to the point where you can’t even consider it a scoop at all, just a sprinkle of chicken. The minute I say, “Can you add a little more?” it’s, “Oh, you want double?” No, girl, I just want a good amount of chicken that you didn’t even give me. She then looks automatically upset, as if it isn’t her job to do that. Just do your job correctly. I don’t care how tired you are, this is your job, and I’m not being disrespectful throughout this process either. You work here; there is no reason for you to have an attitude about giving a regular amount of chicken. It's like she wanted to save some chicken for herself? That's what I got from that. Then, after that, she decides to give me an attitude throughout the entire process. Second of all, when she was putting the cover on my bowl, she smushed it down a little bit, and the lady at the cashier decided to speak Spanish and say how “she can’t do this today.” Do what today? your job? Oh, I’m sorry, I’m a customer. I’m just trying to get my food with no problems whole time the problem is apparently chicken. Absolutely ridiculous.

    I don't know what happened to this location but it's become so poorly run. The staff when we went this evening do more joking and playing around then providing food. The cashier was also making food with dirty gloves even though there were 2 other worker on the food prep line. After waiting 6 or 7 minutes at the register, I ask if we could pay for our purchase and was told by another staff member that we had to wait, all this while the actual prep staff was telling the cashier that they had it under control and to go to the register. After waiting few minutes more we left the location without purchasing the food. After being loyal patrons of this location since it open years ago we are completely disgusted with this location now and will not be back. I also took video and photo if i could post i would!

    This is the WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!! The staff is not pleasant and they don’t care at all if there is a line out the door, the place is dirty. I waited forever just to order my food, when it was time to pay the cashier just randomly leaves and comes back about 5 minutes later. Pick up is just as bad if not worse. CHIPOTLE SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS PLACE.
