  When the wings are done, right, they are always delicious. I have specified crispy when I order from the candlelight sight. Usually, they call me because I put two orders of wings and they can't understand my order, but that's when I take the opportunity to let them know what I want and I tell them crispy. I've gone a total of six times and three out of the six werent as crispy as they should be. Those Are on orders to go.

  Candlelight Inn food truck was at the food truck fest in Ardsley. I have to say I was very impressed on the quality of food. Sometimes you just don’t know what to expect from a Food truck. Food could be soggy or not the best yet their food was QUALITY. The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside yet juicy in the inside, perfect amount of sauce. The jalapeño poppers were crispy! Just perfect. The burgers a little crispy but not bad. I was really impressed and had to share. The wait time was terrible but that is an easy fix.

  3rd time in a row I orders my wings to be wet and drippy for delivery/pickup and they came with two sauce containers on the side with my wings dry and unsauced. I’ll add, those two sauce containers was not enough for a large order of wings.

  Probably the best wings in the NYC area. **CASH ONLY**. It is outside of the city, but I do recommend stopping by if you're ever in the area. The wings come as a whole, so a 10 piece order is actually 5 whole wings. The wings come beautifully fried and juicy. My favorite part about them is their lack of batter. I recommend the Hot/teriyaki mix sauce. If you decide to get more than 1 batch of wings; they come drenched in the sauce, so I also recommend getting a dry rub to balance everything out. The place is quite small and tight and do expect a wait in the evenings especially on the weekends.

  Buffalo chicken sandwhich usually comes with side of blu cheese...if u dont ask they won't throw it in like the old days u gotta pay i believe....also the sauce was way too spicey... guys in the back act like their cooking for a franks hot contest .... if someone asks for mild and you write it down...make sure the guys understand what it means ....broccoli poppers got better and everytbing else is great but that sauce was never this hot and spicey.... nevaaaa
