  I placed an order through the app, and 30 minutes later they called me saying they suddenly couldn’t deliver it because of something with my last name. That makes zero sense—I’ve ordered from this exact location multiple times before with no issue. Then they told me I needed to change my payment method in the app… which isn’t even possible after placing an order. When I asked how I’m supposed to get a refund, they had no answer. No solution, no help—nothing. To top it off, I got hit with the “I’m new” excuse at the end of the call. That’s not a valid reason to leave a customer stuck with a paid order and no food. If you’re not trained, you shouldn’t be handling situations like this—or at least get someone who knows what they’re doing. End result: wasted time, no food, and money tied up with no clear refund process. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Avoid this location unless you want to deal with the same mess.

  Delivery used to be good, now it is non- existant. Managers are rude and liars when trying to resolve an order issue. I recently went to dine in, and that was even worse. I was there for a half hour, it wasnt busy, but the staff looked at me and walked by. I left without being served. Sad.

  They no longer accept online orders so we called it in. Were given a price and pickup time. We get there, and they didn't start it because apparently they "dont get" the orders when you call the local 518 number. They were unable to provide a phone number thst they would accept orders on. Several people were quite put off by this. Apparently, the only way to order is to go in person and wait, which is ridiculous. I'm gonna venture to guess delivery is completely not an option. I love pizza hut but It's not worth the hassle.

  They kill it every time! Food is always so hot and so good. The service is always friendly and fast. The pizza, wings, breadsticks and cheese breadsticks are always sooo delicious! Pizza hut is my absolutely favorite! They have the best Buffalo sauce. 😋 ALSO, the fact it's soo good and never cost a lot is amazing.
