  while backing out of the parking lot (because its full if potholes) we got flipped off by an employee that had walked outside, still not sure why because the lady we spoke to inside was super kind. We eat half of our toasted garlic breadsticks we noticed hair in our food so we called for a refund and the lady on the phone was lowkey rude and tryna say that isn't possinle. like istg wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't a super weird interaction.

  It had been a while since I had Pizza hut and the food was good. They were having a very busy, crazy Saturday night.

  I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut, which is why this experience was so disappointing. A friend and I stopped in while we were upstate for work after a long day at the Belmont meet. We were looking forward to a hot personal pizza and a relaxing meal. Unfortunately, the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome from the moment we walked in. My friend, who has an accent, placed our order and asked for a Hawaiian pizza. I understood exactly what she was asking for, but the employee at the counter immediately made a face. When I repeated the order to clarify, the employee rolled her eyes. We ordered a personal pizza and then waited about 30 minutes. Eventually, we went up to the counter to ask about our order, only to find out it had been sitting there ready for about 15 minutes. The employee never called our number or announced that our food was ready. What bothered me most wasn't the wait—it was the attitude. No customer should feel judged or embarrassed for trying their best to place a simple order. A little patience and kindness go a long way. I love Pizza Hut and have always considered it one of my go-to places. After a long day of work, all I wanted was a warm pizza, not to feel like I was being given the third degree for ordering one.

  Just wanted to take the time to say from the time we walked in to when we left Roberta and her staff was amazing food was fantastic as it always is.
