  I’m not usually one to leave a poor review but this location was just so bad. This place was absolutely filthy, which is extremely telling for how your food is prepared. Not only were the common areas gross with trash everywhere but the work areas where they assemble your food was just as disgusting. I ordered some food from my phone which was not ready when I got there because they had no more rice of any kind. I placed this order 40 minutes to their closing. While one of the employees offered a free meal next time, I couldnt accept as I just couldn’t trust their cleanliness and unreliability. I would stay away from this location unless you want to get sick.

  Inside was clean, friendly staff, great bowl size, also if you want a little more you can always ask they will give it to you! Just ask! It was busy, but the cashier maintained the dining area in between customers which is a great system! I understand it gets busy and crowded and people leave messes but actually seeing the effort the worker was making to keep it clean it what means the most.. the food was delicious I definitely recommend. There's always going to be trial and error mistakes will be made and it's how they handle it that makes the difference and 10/10 they will always make it right for us!!

  To start, our guac had large mysterious beige lumps in it which were very off putting. I was told that the avocados were overripe that day but ive never seen beige lumps in an overripe avocado. Then we opened our order of 3 quesadillas one of which was missing the quesadilla 🤨 and the other had all the wrong sides. First of all, how do u miss the quesadilla IN the quesadilla? And when we finally got the quesadilla after letting them know not only did the new one not have any steak in it but the employee did a very odd jog slide of urgency to get me a new one. Additionally, our bowl was entirely underfilled. Safe to say this is the worst chipotle i’ve ever been to lol

  I’m confused why the workers think the portions come out of their paychecks. After you're done working a 12 hour day and just want chipotle, definitely don’t come to this location! You’ll spend $20 on a single person to still be hungry afterwards. This was my first experience here at this location and I’m shocked at how poor the service and food quality was for how new they are.

  I tried to give this restaurant a shot, but it’s failed me almost every time. Upon entry, I always notice that the restaurant is rarely clean as the tables aren’t cleaned off, garbages overflowing, and the food line is always a mess. Second, they rarely have the ingredients to fulfill my order. An hour before closing they are “out” of almost everything on the line and if you try to make it work they charge you full price and give you hardly anything full serving. I rather continue driving further up to Wilton or down to Malta. Those restaurants are cleaner, have appropriate servings and can fulfill orders.
