If you're from New York city, this is the place for you. They have about 6 inside tables and the same outside. They approach you like they're tavern on the green. After a 9 dollar beer we just left to go elsewhere. This place is definitely for the saratoga tourists. Don't waste your time and money.

Amazing all-around experience at a farm-to-table restaurant ; we felt like we were eating in someone’s personal farmhouse. The food was delicious, with huge portions, and the beer (I ordered the Belgian wheat, forgot the name) and lemonade were both delicious. The Thai salad was huge and the mix of ingredients was unique. All of the ingredients felt fresh and vibrant, like the lettuce was picked an hour before we sat down. The soup of the day was so tasty and the bread was soft and flavorful. The pepperoni pizza on sourdough bread was really good, and that’s coming from 2 pizza snobs from NYC. We really wanted to try the desserts, but we were stuffed (ended up taking half the pizza home). The customer service was top notch from the beginning to the end of our meal. Staff was very attentive to our needs and friendly the entire time. We loved the local vibe inside; the atmosphere felt relaxed but also boisterous at the same time, in all the right ways. Many people came in during our meal buying breads and other items. The place felt alive, and the food was outstanding. The total came out to 76 dollar pre-tip, not bad at all considering the quality and portion sizes of the food we received. We will definitely come back here when we return to Saratoga Springs.

Really wonderful food, very friendly service and people. Good vegetarian selections - the vegan Argentine sandwich was very flavorful, as was the roasted vegetable bowl. Spacious and comfortable atmosphere.

We had the most amazing meal this evening! The sourdough bread is a must. The pizza was absolute perfection, with a crispy and delicious crust! Definitely coming back Thank you to our server, Jennifer - you were so kind and helpful!

I really appreciate the concept behind 9 Miles East Farm and their focus on anti-inflammatory foods and sourdough-based offerings. Those are things I personally value, so I was excited to try it. The service was decent, and the mission behind the business is something I genuinely admire. That said, the food itself didn't quite live up to the marketing for me. I ordered a pizza, and while I'm not claiming to be an expert, I do make sourdough at home and noticed the dough seemed under-rested. The crust had a layer of gumminess that tasted undercooked, which took away from the experience. Was it bad? No. Was it exceptional enough to justify $25 for me personally? Probably not. I also picked up a few salads that were on sale. The vegan salad had a thoughtful combination of lentils and rice for protein and carbohydrates, which I appreciated. However, the lentils seemed undercooked, and undercooked legumes can be hard on digestion. I ended up picking them out and throwing them away. The salad itself was healthy, but the flavors were quite bland, and I'm not sure I would purchase it again at full price. Overall, I love the philosophy, sourcing, and intentions behind what they're doing. I wanted to love the food as much as I loved the concept, but the flavors and execution fell short for me. I'd consider giving them another try because I believe in what they're aiming for, but based on this visit, the food didn't fully deliver on the promise.
