  It’s 7:45 it’s not even 8 and all I wanted was a bottle of water and a donut. This is the second time they do this. They should leave a note on the drive-through that it’s closed .. I went to the window and they don’t even look at you or say it’s closed .. on line it’s says they closed at 8. Pissed.not coming here again.

  It often smells like the bathroom is backing up and the dunkin side is usually unkempt. Worst is the employees seem bothered to help and seem to go out of there way to avoid even looking me in the eye.

  I had a coffee ☕️ as I stopped for gas ⛽️ on my way to a 2 day retreat by myself for some peace , rest, and eat some wonderful food. This Duncan in Millbrook , the people were friendly and got me my large dunkin midnight with extra oatmilk (6). I got back on my way with a full gas tank and got ice for my cooler and enjoyed my coffee . I have new friends at that Dunkin right off the taconic parkway

  Shift leader on 12/29 at 9:30 Rude. Never going back. Hope she gets fired. Poor attitude, poor customer relations. SO RUDE I CANCELED MY ORDER.
