If I could give a zero, I would. I placed a pickup order through the Papa John's app for a medium pizza and two cheese sticks, applying valid promotional codes earned from a recent survey as well as the MVP Mondays offer. After receiving notification that my order was ready, I went inside to collect it, but was informed it was still cooking. Shortly after stepping outside to wait, I received a phone call from the store asking me to return inside. Upon my return, the store owner refused to fulfill the order, stating he would not prepare the items because they were free and he would not be compensated for them. He proceeded to question how I obtained the promotional codes, lectured me on franchise operations in an accusatory and unprofessional tone, and canceled my order on the spot. I strongly object to being accused of fraud when simply attempting to pick up my dinner. As a result, I left without my food, and the promotional codes applied to the order were consumed and lost. Shortly thereafter, my mother went inside to ask why the order had been canceled. At that point, the owner offered to provide cheese sticks, which we declined given his prior unprofessional conduct. Due to this experience, I will NEVER visit this location again.

terrible customer service called 1 time because there was no tracking available the person at the store told me it’ll be 30-40. I realized i had already placed my order 30 minutes ago and it was about to be an hour already and no update. He had a nasty attitude after i politely explained that it had already been 40 minutes and he claimed they are busy and if i wanna cancel just tell him he’ll cancel it. i asked if there was any way of seeing any tracking and he straight away just said no they’ll get to you when they get to you. terrible service. do not recommended ordering from here

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The delivery driver could not follow simple instructions and when I called the store they were just as worse. The pizza and wings were straight trash! I’ve honestly never gotten so upset at a delivery person like this guy made me. I could not believe the unprofessionalism displayed.
