And a few months ago, they were slammed and busy and literally *locked me in the store*. I was coming in to get a mobile order and the store was open (3pm on a Saturday) and the door was locked. There were at least 6 other people in the restaurant, meaning they were literally locked in (a fire hazard) and after telling me “we’re closed,” the guy let me in to get my mobile order and locked the door behind me. When I asked to be let out please, he rolled his eyes and unlocked the door. Everyone in the restaurant was like …. I love Dunkin’ so much I get it almost every day. On Christmas, I got my usual iced tea drink and said Merry Christmas in Spanish (in which I am proficient) and the guy behind the counter looked at me and went “mhm.” If you order something on mobile and they don’t have it in the store, they’ll straight up just be like “sorry, we don’t have it” and make you something you didn’t order or ask if you want something else. No money back. Just disappointment. If I could avoid every DD in my zip code, I would. The other one is more efficient but the employees are just as passive aggressive and unfriendly.
