How is this location open 24 hrs when at 9:43 employee tells me she’s leaving only getting bread out and that other employee will arrive at 10:30 at which he does not show up till 10:51 at which time pilot employees had been so nice and knowing how long I’ve been waiting and was even apologizing and like I told her it’s not her fault so I had went ahead and was about to purchase some items in the store which they didn’t really have much food other than snacks at this pilot location, which is fine. It’s one of the smaller ones and it has a subway 24 hours. I am a truck driver. I don’t eat my meals at the same time like other people do and so he shows up and the lady even already know that that I knew this was gonna happen so she was nice and I had offered to put the stuff back, she said no she would so I go over and it takes forever for him to even get over there and then he just walks right by me goes to the back doesn’t speak doesn’t say anything. He’s in the back of good by 10 minutes then walks up still doesn’t speak with me standing there and then turns around to walk back away and have the nerve to make a noise like it was the end of the world that there was a customer waiting on him having and puffing and from what the nice pilot employee stated he is always late. This cannot be a location listed that it is 24 hours, especially at a truckstop where it’s supposed to be 24 hours of convenient for People stopping through. Need me to grab something quick to eat people parking and shutting down for the night and needing something to eat. I don’t understand how he has a job and then how are you? 24 hours win for over an hour your store wasn’t even open and I continued to wait to just basically it was the end of the world. He was gonna have to wait on me, but he just showed up and showed up late

Let me start by saying the only reason that I gave five stars across the board is because of one of the workers there who always makes my experience awesome when I had dreaded ever having to get a sandwich here before. I’ve learned that you can’t really come there after dinner time because the staff in the evening and at night is not only rude but severely disrespectful and should not be working in Customer Service. If I stopped there, and I don’t see Danielle working, I turn right around and decide on something else to eat because it’s not even worth being made to feel like crap about ordering a sandwich. I could only imagine the amount of money that they have lost as a business, simply from be completely awful and virtually nonexistent, Customer Service skills of the longer-term employees. Off the negative though Danielle has seriously made it an enjoyable experience coming there where I feel welcomed and like my food is made with love. She is truly a sandwich artist, and I can surely count on a well constructed and delicious sandwich (Any other time it’s got nothing on it and anything that is on it is falling off before it makes it in my mouth sadly). I hope they appreciate the Good they have and they need to purge the bad and negative if they want to stop losing money!!!!! Thank you, Danielle and I can’t wait to see you again soon sincerely, Jane!!!!

I can't give this place zero stars, I would if I could. Saleena was working, a coworker of hers told us to ring the bell and we did, when she came out, gave him the dirtiest look possible. had an attitude, put her phone in her pocket and did NOT wash her hands before applying gloves to make our sandwiches. Probably mad she couldnt stay on her phone in the back. This was our second time being served by her, I'll get to the first one in a moment.. she was rude with what I wanted on my sandwich. she gave me a dirty look when I had asked for extra banana peppers, had a tone when asked if we wanted cookies or chips. Now the first time being served by her a couple of months back... She came out on her phone with gloves on holding it, Airpod in her ear, was making our sandwiches and pulled out her phone a number of times with the same gloves, asked her to change gloves and wash her hands and she said her gloves were clean, well I sure hope that phone was clean if your going to not change gloves. That is against food safety, and can contaminate the food being served. She is not fit to be around customers or even serve food. The health department should really give this place a food safety course and have every subway worker here require a certification. I will not come here again. It is disappointing and even more, disgusting.

Stopped here with my kids for lunch, there was one woman just finishing getting a sandwich. When we walked in (there were four of us), the girl at the counter, Saleena, looked up at us, rolled her eyes and visibly sighed. She then shifted her weight to one hip, cocked her head, and with the most aggravated expression said "what do y'all want?" She then literally slapped down four papers and proceeded to slam down each piece of bread as we made our choices. At this point, my kids (17, 15 and 13, so old enough to pick up on attitude) all looked at each other; shocked and uncomfortable - it was very tense for no other reason than that we had decided to order sandwiches at a sandwich shop. We all very politely made our choices, she very aggressively made the sandwiches, with great annoyance evident in every movement. I paid, there was no "thank you", no "have a nice day", nothing. Oh wait, no, she *did* make sure to declare that "now I'm ACTUALLY gonna go the bathroom" - just in case we hadn't understood enough how much we'd inconvenienced her. The icing on the cake, however, was when she walked into my daughter because she had her face in her phone and didn't even pretend to apologize. I'm sorry, but if you don't want to make sandwiches, don't work at Subway. We stopped at the Dunkin Donuts in the same room after that, and the other woman who was working at Subway (I didn't get the name, so I'll call her Employee 2) went in the back long enough for two other groups to come in - one woman called out "hello, is anyone working at Subway?" No answer. She waited a couple minutes, then repeated the question. Employee 2 came out and instead of saying "I'm so sorry to keep you waiting, what I can I get for you?" She rudely pointed to a sign on the glass that said "please ring bell for service" and said "it says to ring the bell". The woman trying to order didn't take the bait and very politely said "oh, I'm so sorry, I didn't realize. I've never seen a sign like that". You'd think this would be Employee 2's chance to redeem herself, right? Wrong. She spits back "well it's been there a while, it's not like it's new"...I was appalled. I understand it's a rest stop and fast food; but that shouldn't mean it's ok to treat customers like they're gum on the bottom of your shoe. I'm not expecting white glove 5 star service, but basic courtesy? Absolutely. These employees need some serious remediation.
