Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. Service was very slow.

My family got take out tonight. We don't go out often but wanted to try the new Arby's. We have eaten at Arby's in the past and I usually would just get the roast beef and curly fries. Tonight I tried the "Pulled pork" sandwich. Sure it was pulled... out of a microwave. It was SO fatty and grizzly! I literally couldn't eat 1/2 the meat. The other half tasted so gross, old, and "microwavey". Disgusting. I also ordered it with the Bussin BBQ. There was NO BBQ on the sandwich nor a packet (which costs $.50! if I wanted an extra!) I got a curly fry. I opted for a small since they were so expensive. The small itself was $2.99! I counted 5! fries in my container! 5! and a few small pieces. Definitely not worth 2.99! My wife gave me half her Greek Gyro, because she didn't like it. The meat was so dry and it tasted funny too. We actually logged back on to the Arby's site to make sure it wasn't plant-based meat. Not a good visit to our new Arby's :(. I will just stick with the roast beef next time, if there is a next time...

I decided to now include a review with the star rating, because the rating alone doesn't convey what my experience with the food was. I assure you I didn't rate it a 1 to be a contrarian, in case from these reviews it seems so. When I drove by this restaurant late at night and had never seen it there before, I was suddenly filled with great desire and anticipation. I haven't eaten fast food in 3 years and here was one place I could get food conscientiously.
I was actually quite surprised to see a place like this open (for drive-thru) so late at night.
The male and female servers at the window were friendly conversationalists and very helpful. I got my food and started eating it before driving out of the lot because I was so hungry. Unfortunately, every single thing was overcooked, dried out, and somewhat hard. Maybe it was just reheated or recooked, because it was closing time? I imagined a sandwich that would be mouthwatering and juicy. That wasn't my experience this time.
