There was literally no colour to it. I took a sip of it and it was terrible. Definetly did not taste like an iced latte. So, I went back through the drive thru and just politely asked if it could be remade because it did not taste correct. Instead of just remaking it the worker was pretty much arguing with me over it. Was very rude. I asked her if they could just make it correctly. She said I can add an extra shot in the latte but everyone makes everything different. I didn’t know Dunkin employees just make however they feel someone iced latte should be…isn’t there directions to follow?Tried calling the store to speak to a manager multiple times and the phone doesn’t work.
