Good customer service really does make a difference, and they consistently do a great job making you feel appreciated as a customer. The staff is friendly, polite, and always pleasant, which makes the experience enjoyable before you even get your drink. I will say, I am still blown away sometimes by the price of specialty coffees these days. Seeing coffees at $8 or $9 definitely makes you stop for a second. But at the same time, I understand that when you are ordering specialty drinks, custom flavors, quality ingredients, and something made fresh, that is just part of what you are paying for. It is not just a basic cup of coffee. It is a treat, and when it is made well, it feels worth it. Regardless of the price, everything I have had here has always been very good. The drinks are consistent, flavorful, and made with care. You can tell they put effort into what they do, and that matters. I appreciate the friendly service, the quality, and the overall experience each time I stop in. Thanks again for always being kind and for making great coffee. I will definitely continue coming back.
