  Been going here since i was a kid and it's just gotten worse and worse since the pandemic. Recently placed and order on their mobile app and was told my mother could not pick up the order since i wasn't there and they couldn't recieve it unless i was close. So my mother places the order again just to find out they recieved it and put in the exact specifications i only stated online. They then charged my mother 27 dollars, while charging me 22 dollars on the app. Not only has the food gone down in quality but this is just straight up theft. Will genuinely be avoiding this place from now on after being my regular mcdonalds since i was 5 years old.

  Drive thru has extremely long waits, food is ok but fried often cold and only partially filled, since the new renovation restaurant feels very unfriendly

  Every time I come here they get my order wrong. Today I ordered two sausages egg McMuffins and 3 hash browns they gave me 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits with no cheese and 3 hash browns two were in their wrappers and one was just hanging out loose in the bag without its wrapper. How hard is it to get something as simple as my order correct?
