    The food was not good. Smaller portions for more money and zero flavor. The sandwiches were tiny and sloppily made. The soup was almost inedible because of how sweet it was. The bathrooms were disgusting. The bread was like eating cardboard. Will not be going back. McDonald’s is better…

    We order from this Panera location at Panera Bread once a week for our company, and typically spend $200 or more per order. Unfortunately, over the last few orders, items have been missing. While mistakes can happen, what made today’s experience especially frustrating was the way the situation was handled. After discovering that food was missing from our order, I called the store to report it. I spoke with someone named Sammy, who immediately told me they did not forget anything and that we should double-check our order. He also stated that they would not send someone to deliver the missing food, would not issue a refund, and that even if we came to the store, they would not give us the missing items. For a business that orders weekly and spends a significant amount of money here, this response was extremely disappointing. We understand that mistakes happen, but refusing to correct an issue and dismissing a customer’s concern is unacceptable customer service. We rely on consistent service for our team meals, and experiences like this make it difficult to continue ordering from this location. I hope management reviews this situation and works to improve both order accuracy and customer service.
