  We had a great experience at Bonefish Grill! From the moment we walked in, Carlos provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The food was excellent, and the drinks were just as good. I tried the Unicorn Fish, and it was absolutely phenomenal, perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily one of the best dishes I’ve had in a while. If you’re looking for great food, delicious cocktails, and exceptional customer service, I definitely recommend stopping by. Thank you, Carlos, for making our visit such an enjoyable one. We’ll definitely be back!

  I'm going to make this short. I arrived with a small group for lunch. Service was distracted and missing. One person to handle the party along with several other tables. This person was either untrained, reluctant to learn, and certainly overwhelmed. I blame the managers for not preparing the staff for proper service. In spite of taking the order in an orderly and methodical way, they proceded to auction off the plates as they arrived, "which one of you ordered the chicken? Who got the fish? etc. What's the point of taking the orders in an orderly fashion if you're not going to use that information intelligently? Its supposed to be elevated service, but the diner across the street does far better. Again, I blame the management for poor training. The food was tasty but the Caesar salad, which I verified was a lunch portion, came in a cereal bowl or a side dish bowl. The chowder was very good; the food overall was tasty. Took forever to get a beverage. At one point I thought they were digging the well the water because it took nearly 20 minutes. I just think they were overwhelmed, which is sad because they weren't that busy. I don't think I'll be going back. I've been to Bonefish in Florida many years ago, but by any standards we had a less than desirable experience. Everyone was pleasant, but really it was the service that lacked.

  Here's another one DJ Khaled voice. I went to a 4 course cocktail pairing dinner. $65 per person. This restaurant twice a month takes their entire main dinning area and turns it into a prefix dinner. Tuesday or Thursday. Last week Thursday at the Rockville Centre location. Shout out to the Host, the Chef, and my server name I forgot their names. and the staff helped keep the engine running. 1st course The Chef made grilled scallops that melted in my mouth like M&Ms, I neva I neva ate scallop like this before Stephanie Mills voice. With bourbon tequila pairing. 2nd course Chef turned iceberg lettuce into a gourmet cuisine. With shrimp and blue cheese, the blue cheese was the the real star. These dishes came with pork the Chef she was accommodating not to add pork to it . The flavors were still on point. With another bourbon mix drink. 3rd couse Salmon with soy glaze and old fashion.4th Course Cheese cake and another bourbon drink I couldn't even drink or eat the dessert. Because after the second drink it was Mortal Kombat Finish him. During the dinner we had a raffle 2 gift sets, bottle of bourbon, 2 gift cards 1 $50 and and $100 that you could use towards your dinner. I cant wait to go to the next one. see you there. I recommend having a Designated Driver or taking the train and taking the next day off if your 40+.. 1hour and a half driving from nyc. There are other places around the mini mall also.

  On 6/12/2026 I ordered delivery from Bonefish through DoorDash. When the food arrived, there was a live fly inside the closed container of Bang Bang Shrimp. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, Art. He said the only thing he could do was make a new order and we would have to pick it up. My husband and I are 82 and infirm, the reason we ordered through DoorDash in the first place. We were not able to pick up. I was released from the hospital 9 days before. Art said it was a DoorDash issue, not a restaurant issue. HOWEVER, the DoorDash driver did NOT prepare the food or put on the cover. He only delivered it. We were also dissatisfied with the size of the portions and the quality of the food. Both have declined severely while the prices have not. We will not be ordering from or dining in this restaurant again.
