  If I could give zero stars I would, we spent $4o+ dollars on damn CHICKEN TENDERS! The chicken was so overcooked in evident old oil, it tore the of my mouth up! They don’t answer the phone and they have a voicemail box that’s full and you’re not able to leave a message. Such a disappointment. I’m

  I am a manager in food service, so I understand the hassle behind busy rushes, being understaffed and so on. I too have been in those situations. I hate writing negative reviews, but unfortunately I felt that it was deemed necessary. I stopped coming to this Wingstop in the past because of very poor customer service and very long wait times, even for small orders. I decided to stop by again for the first time in a long while to get a chicken sandwich and it’s disappointing to say that the terrible service has not changed. On the screen when you walk in, it showed 3 online orders and 2 delivery orders in the works, and that was it. I was the only person in the store. It was not busy whatsoever. There were about 5 employees working. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before even being acknowledged by anyone. A DoorDash driver came in to pick up after me and was acknowledged right away, but me standing there waiting patiently? No acknowledgment whatsoever. When I finally was acknowledged, I was asked if I was picking up to which I replied, “no, I would like to place an order”. The one girl working said oh okay, proceeded to walk away and left me standing at the counter waiting once again. I even saw one person who was in the back working look up at me, turn his head, and just go right back to doing his task. Didn’t say a single word. You can clearly tell that these employees do not care. It’s pretty sad and pathetic that every single time I try to order from this location that it’s the exact same issues. You guys will continue to get complaints left and right if people show they don’t care. Had I run the place, the majority of that staff would be fired. I truly thought coming back for the first time in a while that something would change. Sadly it’s still the same terrible service. Never will I step foot in this Wingstop again and I strongly urge anyone else reading this to do the same.

  Ordered lunch here easy 10 pack wings nothing else, online said ready in 11 to 16 minutes, showed up employee asked for name gave em my name stood there for half an hour waiting for my wings. Asked again and they were just sitting in the back on the counter no one called em out no one said my name ... Won't be back after that

  Stoped in for some wings for me and my boy. Simple menu with quick service for a walk in. Definitely will visit again.

  Apparently you have to be black in order to have good customer service and have your food ready before a black person comes in and orders after you and they get their food first. We only ordered 10 chicken wings. The black guy that came in after us had a full-blown order like french fries, wings drinks and he got his order first, he was reading a list off his phone. That's how big of an order he had .Two other white people came in there and they were disrespected and treated like dirt and one couple left. The other girl waited for her order because she had already called it in, otherwise she probably would have left.
