  I'm not going to post on stars. I'm just mentioning I was in a rush to pick up some wings my daughter requested after cheer practice, and cash is all they are taking at this moment during a Bills game. Rather disappointed is all.

  I visited Wingshop in Irondequoit, Rochester today, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The employees were extremely unprofessional and rude in the way they treated customers. The way they took orders and handed food to customers at the pickup window was not respectful or customer-friendly. I asked for an estimated wait time, and instead of providing a reasonable answer, I was told, “If you want, you can sit and wait until we call your name. Otherwise, cancel your order and leave.” This kind of attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. I have visited many restaurants and stores, but I have never experienced this level of disrespectful behavior. In particular, one tall male employee and one slim female employee were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their behavior made the entire experience very unpleasant. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer-service training to the staff. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

  The girl that works nights is rude and bumps people she likes to the front of the line for their food. Will put that food is ready when it’s not. My food said it was ready in the app and I watched her serve someone who just walked in she was flirting with in about 90 seconds then told me for about 30 minutes my food was going to be ready in 6 when I had already been waiting about 30 minutes. It took one hour for my food to actually be ready when I had nothing more than a single meal. Oh and she Let’s people pay what they want for food that are friends. Never again .

  Tie, Bonnie, jazz and the rest of the night crew did they big one for me and my crew for the most part, i was in a rush and had a very big order to show appreciation for my overnight crew on my own job site, having done orders like this before around the us they gave good work energy and made the place seem lively upon arrival after spending over $ 300 I wasn’t expecting being charged for extra Tupperware I complied and received my food leaving off believing I had everything but soon realizing I did not. I did drop one box outside and Bonnie was gracious enough to make sure my order was written down and I could come through and pick it up next day but unfortunately I had other things going on and missed the desired days to fulfill order remake (self realized) all in all for what wingstop is late night sometimes the food was great so it was great thank you and maybe we’ll try again!!!
