  The women at the counter gave the most unpleasant experience ever. She could have cared less about my order. She also screwed it up and it didn’t care to fix it. She kept saying “huh?” when I told her what I tried to order. $45 for crap.

  This is my fourth time coming here and every time everybody’s nice and sweet. The only thing I noticed is when they’re getting slammed or stuff is taking longer the customers be agitated and rude, but the workers honestly don’t pay it no mind and they do the best that they can so props to them and the Food is always on point.

  Wingstop has great food, but the overall experience at this location has been consistently disappointing because of the lack of cleanliness. On multiple visits, I’ve found sticky tables, dirty surfaces, spills that haven’t been cleaned, flies, and a dining area that looks neglected. I’m also concerned about the appearance and hygiene of the staff. Several employees have appeared unkempt, with dirty uniforms, shoes, hands, and fingernails. In a restaurant where food is prepared and served, cleanliness and personal hygiene should be a top priority. On top of that, the customer service often feels cold and unfriendly. I’ve been to Wingstop locations in other states, and the difference is significant. This seems to be a management and supervision issue at the Rochester area locations. The company should place much greater emphasis on cleanliness, employee hygiene, professionalism, and the overall customer experience. During my last visit, the condition of the restaurant made me lose my appetite, and I couldn’t fully enjoy my meal.

  I’m a Grubhub driver and I was trying to pick up an order but before I could even speak the employee screamed at me like a hot head that they were closed.. so I said ok no problem and then you have to take a picture to prove they are closed so you don’t get in trouble for not picking up the order and to have proof and the guy kept screaming at me like he wanted to fight me. I’m a women and I was shaking so I had to call the police just so I could finish my job. Never will i ever return to this location again. The cops were very helpful in this situation.
