    We ordered a 9 dollar box and they rung up the wrong order, they acted very mad when we corrected them and told them we did not order that. They told us to go back through the drive thru even though there was no one behind us. So we decided to leave. Horrible service

    Went through the drive thru and this has got to be one of if not THE slowest taco bell drive thru's I've ever gone through. DO NOT come here at night if you want a quick bite to eat.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at this Taco Bell location. The staff working there seriously lack professionalism, customer service skills, and basic manners. Many employees act as if customers are bothering them instead of understanding that customers are the reason the business exists. A lot of people avoid this location because of the behavior and poor management inside the store. The lobby is often closed or poorly managed, people stand around talking instead of working, customers wait in line for very long periods, and delivery drivers — who rely on deliveries to survive day to day — are left waiting while employees show little urgency or concern. They are keeping everything close and smoking outside and an overall environment that feels unorganized and unprofessional. From a customer’s perspective, it seems like nobody is being held accountable because employees still get paid whether the work gets done properly or not. I strongly recommend that management seriously evaluate the current team and make changes before the business continues losing customers and revenue. Improving customer service, efficiency, and professionalism could completely change the reputation of this location and significantly improve profits. Kick them out and get new team member with a good manager your business will boom with 3x profit, I bet.

    Why is this Taco Bell even still open?! This is the worst Taco Bell in the city and it’s brand new! Food takes for ever and always taste like it’s been sitting around. I ordered on DoorDash and watch three dashers cancel my order because the were waiting for my food to be done ordered over an hour ago and still waiting. Called the store and no one will even answer the phone. At this point just close it down because i won’t be ordering from them again.

    I want to raise a serious concern about the service at this Taco Bell. There appears to be a pattern where customers are told to “stay back” because food isn’t ready, while the line is being controlled in a way that makes it seem like orders are moving on time. In reality, there are noticeable delays that aren’t being communicated honestly. Because of this, many customers ..including myself...have chosen to leave rather than continue waiting without clear updates. It creates frustration, confusion, and a lack of trust in how orders are being handled. What makes this even more concerning is that the location already has a low rating (around 2.7), and experiences like this only reinforce why customers are dissatisfied. Instead of improving, it feels like the same issues are continuing. Customers deserve transparency, accurate wait times, and to feel respected..not managed for appearances. Right now, the experience is discouraging enough to drive people away. I hope this issue is taken seriously and real improvements are made.
