  Literally drove a couple of hours to Rochester stopped in one morning to used the bathroom when ask about the bathroom the black guy with dreads gonna ask me do I have Taco Bell business I stated no I just been driving for hours and need to use the bathroom. His reply was I had to buy something when I returned with my wallet to buy something that’s when he proceeded to tell me I can’t buy anything and for to go over to aldi. I have never had that kind of experience over a bathroom I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat nor go there if that’s how they treat ppl. Disgusting, disrespectful and unprofessional

  Waited over 20 min for a delivery order , not one employee acknowledge me or any of the customers inside the store. Store completely dirty , no hair nets on , manager touched POS system then went on the line to make food without washing hands 🤢🤢 .. food saftey clearly out the door at this location.. if you looking to get sick and get air borne diseases this the right location for you

  I couldn't comment on the food because the place was so dirty that I tried to use the kiosk and it was so filthy that the screen would not make contact with the other screen in the kiosk and it is so dark inside I was goin to give it the benefit and use the other kiosk but the other kiosk was worst or better but it would not take my order all because it was filthy please clean it up

  They were understaffed to need door dash demand as is typical of most tacobells.

  Took us 20+ minutes to get through the drive thru, and the worker had us pull forward and pull backwards to get our food just so we didn't ruin their window times. Clinically understaffed, nowhere near worth the 25 dollars I spent, thanks for wasting my time
