  Okay... Enough is enough. I live down the road from this location and I have continuously went here multiple times for the past 9 years. I am not joking you, every single time my order is messed up, missing something, or absolutely terrible quality. Today was my breaking point. I sat in line and at the window for FAR too long. I get home to rock hard chicken nuggets, cold fries, a chicken quesadilla with barely anything in it, and the worst of all were the Doritos Tacos Supremes... These cost WAY too much for what I always get from this location... View the picture. These were flat as a board again, a slab of sour cream barely in the tacos, no tomatoes, gross lettuce, and barely any meat. I'm not one to complain, or go back to complain about my order. I expect my order to be correct when I get home, and it never is. I'm done with this location. $33 for this order and a waste of time/money... Done.

  I hate writing bad reviews but this Taco Bell has to be the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in. There was food and trash littered all over the floors and tables when the cashier was not busy standing behind the counter eating. I hate to be that type of person but there is no excuse for a restaurant to look that way.

  In the kitchen food all over the floor and counter slow service girl at the drive through window to busy on her phone and break dancing.....A doordasher observation while waiting to pick up your customers , food orders

  worst taco bell in rochester my food is always and i mean always wrong and this time it was the worst i got a nacho bell grande no beans no tomatoes add potato’s and lettuce and i got none of it including nacho cheese and sour cream which COME ON the item to begin with they gave me chips and beef and sent it to me

  I could have gotten seated, ate my food, and left a restaurant in the same time that it took to get my food from here while I had mobile ordered prior to showing up. Literally just go down the street to a different one, it's the employees they don't care
