  No sauce packets, only half of what I ordered.. they should close this one disk if they can't get it right, spent almost 30 bucks for cold, half missing food, with no sauce..

  The food and service was good. However the atmosphere and experience was not so great. I had to listen to the kitchen team members yell at eachother while I was there saying, "WE STAND WITH TRUMP," while another staff member was making disparaging comments about Muslims. As a Muslim I was personally offended. I hope the staff at this location does not represent the values of Taco Bell--keep the politics out of your service.

  If you're a delivery driver stay far away from this slow and lazy shop. They will take forever will refuse to make orders if it's going to take too long

  Their management is so bad—I’ve never seen anything this terrible. Taco Bell takes almost an hour to make just one order. They treat people so badly. Even after waiting an hour and reaching the window, they tell you to go around again because the order still isn’t ready. It’s not like they’re even that busy. I don’t know why the owner doesn’t pay attention—this happens every day. If you get a Taco Bell order, first you wait forever, then you have to listen to their nonsense.And it’s the same situation at all the Rochester branches.”

  By far the worst taco bell in Rochester, I've started driving to ones much farther away with no issue. Outside of poor quality like others have mentioned, I waited over an hour in the drive-thru around 1am after getting off a long shift, and they said absolutely nothing or gave any signal something was wrong. This was when multiple cars were waiting behind me as well. Then when I finally go up to the window myself, they said they actually closed early and won't serve me. The people who work at this location will try their absolute hardest to refuse as much business as possible, and will make your life a living hell in the process, all for some "fast" food they made terribly. Or, you could drive ~8min from this location to a different taco bell store that will have you out the door in 5 minutes with a standard meal.
