  Went for a chicken grilled cheese burrito, tried to order it at the drive thru, none of the employees could hear me even though I raised my voice several times and was right infront of the speaker. We drove up to the window to order, and all three workers still couldn’t hear me. I asked for a chicken grilled cheese burrito and they told me they don’t have anything like that. It was literally on the menu and I rephrased what I wanted multiple times and they ultimately asked if I wanted a Cantina chicken burrito. I was tired of going back and forth so I said yes. When I got my food, the burrito wasn’t grilled or crispy it was cold. and wasn’t even wrapped properly. They also asked if I wanted a sauce and they said I had to pay 20 cents for each sauce packet I got of the avacado salsa, so I said no cuz I figured I didn’t need it. I checked the receipt and they charged me extra for one packet of sauce I didn’t want and explicitly said no to. Wouldn’t go again.

  I placed a huge mobile order. The wait wasn't terrible considering how much food I ordered. When I got home all of our food was correct. The modifications were correct. But we were missing the empanadas. Which considering how much food there was i was impressed. I called the store and spoke to Karen. She was lovely and said if I stopped back she would take care of it. She felt so bad but honestly I was impressed that was the only mistake. I popped back by and Karen was great. I appreciate everyone at the store for being nice despite the order being so large lol.

  This location is so filthy. I was afraid to touch anything. God forbid you have to use a rest room, disgusting. I gave it two tries and no change. Im done.

  If you want to wait almost an hour in the drive thru for your food then get disrespected this is the place! Waited almost an hour and brought it up to the worker at the window after she aggressively handed me my drink. Then she pulled my food back and asked me to repeat myself and I did, saying it was crazy to wait that long. She then proceeded to throw the food through my car window. Completely unacceptable, I get she was stressed but there was only 4 cars ahead of me the whole time. I understand it’s dinner and she was stressed but she could’ve apologized or never did that with the drink in the first place. The foods good for a fast food place, but the service was terrible. I hope that in the future I will be able to receive my food without such hostility
