  The lady taking my order got so confused at having two separate orders from the same car that she flat out refused to do so. She also didn't answer at two different stalls prior to forcing us to go to the drive through to get any service.

  Terrible. The ladies went inside at 8pm. Rang the bell 3 times after standing their for 5 minutes. Still no response. Finally some said they would help them in one minute. There wasn't one car in the drive thru. We all decided to try the drive thru. Finally someone asked what we would like. We tried to order and they said they were our of large cups. Terrible attitude and terrible service. In the end we left because we felt like the girls working in the back were possibly capable of doing something to out ice cream!! SONIC NEEDS TO GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER AND DROP THEIR SHITTY EMPLOYEES!! NO PHOTOS BECAUSE WE DIDNT GET ANYTHING.!!!

  So my friend and I once a month take each other out to lunch and today it was Sonic. Never been there either one of us so we wanted to experience the drive up atmosphere. However we were never waited on so we had to pull over do the drive-thru. Sat in the Drive-Thru for a good 10 minutes before we were waiting on, then finally place our order and get to the window where she proceeded to hand us a red drink, we said we ordered orange Hi-C can we were told well we're out so we gave you fruit punch. And then it was a problem to get us a different drink as neither one of us like fruit punch. The food was completely cold an old. One of the cheeseburgers didn't even have cheese on it. So therefore don't go to the Sonic and waste your time or your money it was horrible

  First time and last time in a Sonic. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. I ordered a double cheeseburger, the employee said they don’t have lettuce and asked if that’s okay, sure yeah, things happen, I didn’t mind. I specifically ordered my food with no pickles and no onions. My food was ready and sure enough, there were onions and pickles on my burger, I asked the employee to just give me a new plain top bun and told her they don’t need to remake the whole thing (still trying to be nice). A minute later, she calls me over and hands me the food back, it was visible that they just wiped the onions/pickles off of the top bun (pictured in the photos). I could still taste the onions and pickles, two things I don’t enjoy eating at all. The tomatoes were soggy and old, picked those off too. While eating, the employee locks the front door and tells us to leave through the side door when we’re done eating, we finished our food and went to leave, the area between the kitchen and the door reeked of weed (there were no other customers in the restaurant so it must’ve been the employees). I don’t want to know what goes on in that kitchen and I regret consuming food that was made in there. Please reassess your employees and look into getting some sort of training program and better management.
