  The check-in system kept indicating "incorrect stall number" even though we were at the first of 3 mobile pickup stalls. Even though we ordered ahead, and arrived at the end of the estimated time, our order was not ready and staff misread the drinks 3 times.

  The service was extremely slow. One drink was missing. The Blasts were not made as ordered. I waited for the correct items. Once we arrived at our lodging, we discovered that a bacon cheeseburger was made without any bacon.

  We were in Rochester at strong memorial hospital cancer center my beautiful wife has cancer we had to stay there for a month so we saw the Sonic Drive In so we went to the drive thru we ordered our food i even had to give the kid our order again then we waited for about 15 minutes and the place was empty got the order went to our hotel room and everything was Wrong even the fries that is what we get for giving kids that much money per hour i called them and complained they said they would try and do better next time

  How is this place still in business??? I waited over 10 minutes at the drive through speaker before even being greeted. Then when they finally did take my order (after I had to literally yell "hello" multiple times at the speaker) the woman on the speaker had no knowledge whatsoever of the menu. After an entire conversation with the other staff in the restaurant which could be heard through the speaker I was told that item I ordered was online only... No recommendations or suggestions. Do you not make your burgers in house? Is your staff not capable of putting bacon on a burger? Absolutely horrible service, I was looking forward to a foot long coney but after this I will NEVER be back!

  First time I came here there was no workers inside. Then the second time I came they were only accepting door dash orders. Not even drive through orders. My friend and I luckily ordered on DoorDash for pickup, however my other two friends had not placed DoorDash orders so they didn’t get anything. We waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes before we could get our pick up orders. I think there was one worker. Definitely not the workers fault especially if they are understaffed. This is not fair to customers or workers. This is a negative working environment and needs to be fixed. I’m still in line waiting for my food. Please pray that at least my order is correct and worth the wait.
