  Slow, slow and slow. After putting m order in online, I arrived 1 minute before pick up time. I entered the stall number in the app. 15 minutes later, still no food. So, I went inside. After about 4 minutes, a young lady finally came out and said "Are you here for a pick up?". No hello, no how can I help you. I said yes and got "name?". I told her, she disappeared out back, came out, plunked food on the counter and walked away. Wow.....

  This is certainly one of the earliest ones. Pretty much set up for curbside dining and pickup. Dine in guests were an anomaly for them. In fact, the only credit card terminal was in the kitchen area for the drive through window. It was a bit harrowing to see my credit card leave my line of site. I had flashbacks of dining in Miami Beach where one month later somebody was playing dressup with my card number. As for the food, this was my 1st experience with sonic. I read a review that said it was better burgers than five guys. Well, I will give sonic another chance at a different sonic. I gotta the double, not sure how they made them but what i would do is cook them the night before, refrigerate over night, then drop them in boiling water to warm them up. Pat dry with a paer towel and voila! Oh, almost forgot. Whatever they use to clean the floor reacts with the tile sealer. (Or maybe they use coca cola.) Everyone who came in went squeek squeek . You'll be fine if you dont stand in one place to long. They might not free you until morning.

  Place is a dump, I waited 10 minutes AFTER pressing the bell for someone to come to the front. I placed a mobile order and it took another 10 to 15 to get it made. Come to find out at my destination that the didnt follow any special directions like no pickles & onions, forgot my mozzarella sticks & my milkshake tasted SOUR? How does an oreo cheesecake shake taste sour..? This has happened multiple times in many different forms at this location and I can tell you for the price I can find a burger somewhere made by someone who cares.

  So after an aborted attempt to go to Red Robin we went to a fallback in sonic. Which was apparently open with maybe 2 people working and no one there. The stalls were closed (said they were broken) and they asked us to go to the drive through. Even though we had just been told to go to the drive through no one answered. So we drove to the window and got told to go back around. Yeah, no, we just left.

  All the signs around the place say open late 1am. Google says the drive-thru is open till midnight on weekends. We got there at 1045pm and no one picked up the drive thru mic. So we went to leave and saw someone else pull through and got a drink. We went back to the drive thru and no one answered. Again we went to leave and saw someone leave the door so we asked and they said the hours changed. Well if thats the case CHANGE THE HOURS on Google and the take the open late signs down. I think we were lied to but if not stop the false advertisement. Especially when we are from 2 hours away. Bad Business
