- LKLynette Kehoe3 days ago1.0I ordered 10 buffalo wings online for pickup and walked to get it. When I got home, I realized they gave me 5 country sweet wings. I called the store and the guy who said he was the manager said I had to bring it in to exchange it. He said it’s the “owners policy” that they have to “see it” to give any refund. He mentioned that my buffalo wings were sitting there ready, so he knew I didn’t have my food. All I wanted was a refund because I got the wrong wing flavor and 5 less than I paid for. I had just walked to pick it up and finished a 20 minute walk home, and didn’t want to go back out, especially hungry. He was not accommodating, and frankly rude. I suggest changing this policy for cases when they can see the order sitting there and know it’s not with the customer. Having such a stringent policy is not good business.
