Ordered 2 salvies chicken finger plates one of them was a half Salvie plate with the lettuce on the side for delivery an HOUR AND 25 MINS later and I still tipped the driver ICE COLD food no lettuce on the side the half salvie plate was more like a 1/3 salvie plate , immediately called and they were like oh we can remake it and send it back out unmmm u think I want to wait another 2 hours for the same outcome NO like take the food back and give me a refund put me on hold and said the best they can do is give me a $5 credit for next time. Mike and Lisa to the owners like seriously whats happening??????

Even when you order ahead by three hours they are still somehow 30 minutes late and when you call there’s no help. They wouldn’t even refund the tip because why would I tip for bad service. Do yourself a favor and order from Perri’s or Pontillos.
