  We usually do pick up. but on Friday nights it grts ctamped in there. They should switch the otder on pick up to opposite end. Then have them call you when pizza is done. Or use a pager system. With the bar right thete it gets very uncomfortable waiting. Id rather wait outside or in my car. And way we usually order pizza and wings. We the the charlie pizza. I have only had an isdue one time where it seemed under done. We live how the crust gets just that perfect crunch. And the flavor is amazing. They could add more toppings for the price we pay for them. Overall we will keep ordering. Thanks Salvators.

  Totally disappointed. On hold for 5 minutes. Ordered a blt wrap with honey mustard. Also ordered a meatball sub. I whatbwe got was a btl sub with mayo and the meatballs were cold

  This is by far the worst Salvatore's in Rochester! It is worth your time to dive to the Buffalo Rd one in Chili. I placed an order online and it went to the Jefferson rd location on accident. I tried to call to cancel it before they started making it a girl answered and before I could say anything she put me on hold. After waiting 15 minutes I hung the phone up and called back. Instantly I was told to hold before I could get a word in. After waiting 15 more minutes she finally answered. I let her know that if they had already started making the food it was on them because of how long they had me on hold and wouldn't let me get a word in. She immediately got angry with me told me they have a line of people out the door and hung up on me. I hope corporate does something about this and the lack of customer service.

  My husband and I hosted a birthday party for our daughter and her classmates at a nearby location, and we ordered a sheet pizza in advance to be ready at a specific time due to our limited time at the venue. My husband arrived to pick up the sheet pizza right on time, and was told it wasn’t ready yet. So he waited, no problem. After a few more minutes, he asked how much longer, and he was told any minute. Again, no problem. Well now the pizza is ready, and he opens the box and the pizza is burnt. When he said this to the counter employee, the response was, “I can’t control the kitchen.” At this point, the party is still going on- we just need the pizza to feed the 12 children who were waiting for it, and we don’t have another option. Well, it was hard and inedible and we had to throw more than half of it away as the kids were complaining about their “burnt pizza”. I tried to call the restaurant after to bring this to their attention before going to the internet, but I was left on hold and then hung up on before I had a chance to speak to anyone. Maybe because I asked to speak to a manager? Bottom line- don’t waste your money here. They don’t care about the food they sell or the experience they provide to their customers.
