  Pizza Hut is nostalgic for me I grew up with the buffet and always used to have great service and great food and now most of the time the food is pretty good that's why I didn't give fully five stars for food but the service there is absolutely terrible every single time no matter which location. There's one girl that is always very kind and at the Dewey location and everyone else has an attitude if they don't get tipped apparently. I'm sorry when I'm picking up a pizza since when am I supposed to be tipping 20%? I work in food service but I wait on customers hand and foot to earn my tip not for me to drive and pick it up . I've never in my life had an attitude copper with me harder than there about that. Also if I did delivery we would be having a whole different conversation because I tip people who drive food to me but not if I drive to them thank you. The inside of that Dewey location needs to be remodeled or something because it is dark and dingy and dirty. Not appetizing

  I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with my recent takeout order of chicken wings from Pizza Hut. When we opened the order after it was delivered, we found what appeared to be fungal growth on the chicken wings. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety issue. I sincerely hope my family does not get sick from this experience. Please, everyone, inspect your food carefully before eating it, no matter where you order from. This experience has completely shaken my confidence, and something like this should never happen. This is beyond ridiculous.

  To the Manager. Today was not my first time having issues placing an order over the phone. On May 24th I had an experience where your employee was unable to hear or speak clearly which resulted in me coming into the store to place my order. The older gentleman who works there was very rude on that occasion. While I have ordered delivery, I usually call for pickup and have typically received the large one topping for around $12.00, I just assumed that was the price. He commented that "I shouldn't be getting the deal as a walk in customer". As that was typically around the price I always paid I didnt understand his comment or hostility. I suppose I should have learned my lesson then. Today I attempted to call ahead so I could avoid similar treatment and was rerouted to Grubhub several times. I did attempt to place my order with them and was told the price would be double for the same pizza. I then attempted to order through your website. I found the large one topping pizza I always order which has a picture of a pepperoni pizza. I chose the crust I wanted and completed the order without your website requiring me to choose a topping. I assumed it would automatically be pepperoni. Shortly after picking my order up I realized you had given me a plain cheese without notifing me if I had overpaid for it. After the treatment I received on the 24th and the confusion over why Grubhub doubles the price, I decided to contact you for clarification. While you accused me of having an attitude from the start, I was simply trying to understand what had happened when I placed my order. You confirmed that I did not choose a topping, so I recieved a plain cheese pizza. I also attempted to ask if you understood Grubhub doubles the prices when you let your calls go through to them as they were asking $24.00 for the same pizza. You were busy speaking over me at that point so I doubt you heard me. To answer your question no I don't think I'm so special that you need to stop helping your other customers to serve me (by answering your phone). What I did expect was that I be heard, and ended the call knowing what I had done wrong on the website so I didn't continue making mistakes when placing an order. As I said before you started insulting me "ordering lunch shouldn't be so difficult". While I understand you had a busy afternoon and it was hot that isn't justification for your behavior. Yelling at a customer "that you only have two staff members working and have been busy", is out of line. That pizza is the first thing that has sounded good all week after losing my Grandmother this past weekend. I spent 30 minutes just trying to order it, then was yelled at for attempting clarification on what I did wrong. I didn't ask for a refund or a new pizza, just clarification before you started being rude. As my receipt said large one topping the situation was confusing. After receiving your attitude I returned it. You lost a customer over a $12.00 dollar pizza.

  I ordered a pizza from here and it was perfect! Cooked perfectly and staff are very friendly and efficient. Keep up the great job!
