- LDLindsay Dailor6 days ago5.0Every single time we come here, all the waiters/waitresses and bartenders are so friendly and make sure to check in on your experience throughout the night. Both of the managers there have been around for a long time and are always amazing about getting feedback. Tonight we had the pleasure of meeting Kayla and she was outstanding! There was a mix up with the bill and the table behind us; we didn’t even know about it until after all was said and done, she took care of it immediately and discretely. She is the definition of customer service. So happy to have met her and hope to have her again in the future! I appreciate everyone we’ve worked with there over the years. Please don’t ever close down, it’s our favorite place!!

The server never came over to ask how was everything instead she proceeded to ask if I was finish with my salad to clear the table off some. I did speak with her and let her know not once since we got our food did she come back to ask about it. She left the table and asked the guest sitting at a table next to them if everything was ok. I did speak with the manager and I also refused for my food to go back and cooked longer I informed him that I’d cook it more at home.

The consistency between all locations and states is what encourages my nightly dinner choice. My steaks are ALWAYS cooked to perfection with just the right amount of S&P. Can’t forget the cheese sticks! Amazing!
