  Wasted my entire lunch break driving back and forth because I was given the wrong persons order. Once I finally got my correct order it was cold like it’s been sitting the whole time, there was no sauce which was ordered, and the staff didn’t seem the slightest bit apologetic

  I ordered the size of a large and got size of small after waiting extra time in the drive thru. Not the right texture, wet and soggy. What happened?

  Will forget food, the food they give you will be covered in grease and grime. Just avoid.

  No one at the register for about 5 minutes! I should of walked out then as some people did! My grandson who wanted a "happy meal " and myself a fil-a-fish waited alittle over 15 minutes!! And that was only because I called out to someone in the back! Horrible horrible service don't waste your time stopping at this location.

  Pulled up to the drive through and asked how long the wait would be seeing as there’s multiple cars waiting at the drive through already. The lady told us 6-10 minutes. Ok cool. Here we are still in the drive through waiting for 20 minutes so far and we aren’t even to the pay now window 🙄🤦‍♀️. This is Rochester, aren’t you guys use to the busy service ? Get it together!!!!
