  Bathroom needs to be cleaner and have some type of air freshener. Angels old and moldy.

  I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the window to receive my order I heard the staff yelling at each other. After a few minutes they opened the window and asked me what I got. After telling them, the employee just said “what?” And I told them again. They then gave me an iced coffee instead of the iced latte I ordered and my food. I went back inside to get my latte because that’s more expensive than the coffee and I don’t like the iced coffee. I waited at the register for probably 15 minutes while the employees continued yelling at each other. Finally someone who just clocked in helped me and gave me the correct drink. When I got back to my car I realized I was also missing one of my hashbrowns. I used my rewards and got that one for free so I knew it wasn’t worth the time I would waste waiting for them to give me the food I paid for. I get being understaffed and busy but it wasn’t that busy and the employees had horrible attitudes and didn’t care about helping customers at all. Really a sad location.

  There are employees arguing loudly about closing duties- garbage, clean up ect. It's very unprofessional. Plus they only talk to you when the order is up. No hi may I help you at all. And no have a great day.

  This McDonald’s is atrocious! I don’t know maybe they need to shut it down and lay people off because the girls in here are terrible. The way they talk to you in the order speaker, then the way they speak to each other inside the pick up window. They’re literally in there right now being aggressive towards each other by the driver pick up window. So ridiculous! And on top of it they cannot seem to read the orders correctly because I was about to pull off and they still forgot what I ordered. If you can’t do service, then don’t be in service, and get another job. I worked in food service for years and I would never dream of acting the way these women do at this location specifically. McDonald’s out here in Henrietta are literally a joke at the Jay Scutti location. It’s Terrible all the time.

  I never knew it was possible to get something wrong so many times in a row. I'll start off with a small experience I had just to set the stage and then I'll tell you what the issue I've been having is for dozens of orders. about 2ish months ago I had ordered from this establishment for the first time, and my doordash driver had just arrived to grab the food when he saw someone else take it. I told him to ask the manager about it but he canceled without saying anything else, which is a McDonald's fault. the fault of McDonald's is not confirming with the person who picks up the order. that really didn't matter to me all that much. it just delayed my food by about an hour and I got a full refund and a new order via doordash support, but McDonald's management did not help at all and did absolutely nothing. now here's the more frustrating stories I've been having, normally when I order from here I order a Big Mac, large fries, and a large regular Coke. the Big Mac has always been fine, no issues there either, the fries they tend to give me either too much or too little, which is I guess fine. The issue I've been having is that every single time without fail besides one single time which was about a week ago, they always give me either diet Coke or Coke Zero when I never asked for that. I hate the taste of artificial sweetlers and I need the calories from real sugar so I can gain weight because I'm fairly skinny. And every single time I've ordered. besides that one time last week, it has been Coke Zero or diet Coke which is disgusting to me. I don't know how you can get something wrong so many times in a row. If they literally don't have Coke anymore or they've ran out, they should put that on the doordash website or leave a note saying so in my order. as of today I've had the final straw, and I will be ordering from a farther away McDonald's just so I get the right coke. This review is very nitpicky, however, I feel it's necessary for new customers of this establishment to know that they can mess something up so easily and so often just so they are aware that this could happen. I personally think this McDonald's should be rated more of a two-star than a 3.6 star or whatever it's rated on Google. If management happens to see this post, then PLEASE figure the drink situation out because it seems like the employees are either doing it on purpose, the receipt machine that they have to go off of isn't correct, or you guys just don't have regular Coke (which I highly doubt considering it's literally McDonald's)
