  Literally, the manager walked up to the door and told me that I couldn’t come in. It was almost an hour before they closed. They were cleaning up. I didn’t expect them to let me come in and make the order I wasn’t need to do that. I said, hey, can you just let me into go to the bathroom? No they chose to close. We were all sitting around laughing talking just watched watching me through the window I was just like I just really just need stop I continue to laugh and ignore my request as I left

  The manager is the only saving grace about this location. I get to the window to pay, the girl says our order back to us. Somehow we ended up paying for someone else's order instead of our own. We get to the second window , and my husbands window isn't working. We also have to explain the whole situation so we get the right food. I go to the window with the receipt and the moment I start talking to explain what happened... She snatched my receipt and closed the window super fast, so I open the window up to explain why I was trying to talk to her and she escalated the situation. She yells WOAHH... So obviously all the other employees and the manager look some others say the same thing she said. Then she says "you can't open the window, when a customer opens the window we take that as a threat! I closed the window because I wanted to look at your receipt and give you the order" maybe she was just in a hurry but if you see that a customer is trying to talk to you, why would you snatch the receipt out their hand and close the window fast. So at this point the manager steps in and I'm so glad she did because she treated me like a human being should be treated. She was calm and she resolved the issue with the food. This whole thing with the lady at the pickup window made me so distraught. I have NEVER had someone be so disrespectful towards me and then try to cover for themselves, escalate the issue and make me look like the aggressor all at the same time. That is evil. I was literally calm and respectful the whole time. The manager saw that. I cried so much after that encounter. I will not be going to McDonald's ever again.

  We ordered large fries but they gave us medium plus one was missing all together. They didn't send our condiments. Then sent a soda we didn't order. Food was cold and some of the fries were overcooked. When I tried a breakfast there they sent strawberry preserves with my mcmuffin instead of the sauce I asked for and no hash browns that were a part of the meal. Lost money and not worth it.

  Ordered through doordash not from around here. They messed up TWICE today. This morning they forgot something for my mother and then we had a larger order for lunch. They put 2 mediums fries instead of 3 large fries, supposed to have 5 fries total but only got 4. All of the fries were cold. The patties seems a bit over done. They forgot our condiments, and they gave us an extra drink that we did not order. Spent over 100 in total and they screwed it up. None of the food seemed warm. Definitely NOT ordering for delivery again 😒 never had a mcdonalds THIS BAD ever

  "You where he'll of rude" n closes the drive thru window on me. I drive up to drive thru wanting to order a Big order for me n my crew. The employee says normal what they are trained to say will you be yousing your App..today?I said no thank you please give us a minute to look at manue....after that my crew was deciding what they wanted. Could not have been more then 3 min. OK I'm ready to order...nothing..Hello...nothing...I told my driver move up they may have taken there headphones off. First window there where 3 employees there talking having a meeting. I say Hello I'm ready to give you our order. She rolls her eyes saying" you have to go around " I say why im already here. "You where Hell of rude" ... AND CLOSEs WINDOW. All I could dou was laugh .let's just go to a buffet Our business will not be going here. Bad costumer service. Bad costumer service.
