This location is conveniently on the way to work but every time I come here the service ends up being non-existent. After this morning, I give up. Don't come here in the morning period. Tried again this morning when I saw no cars in the drive through, the whole "be right with you" and then ghosting you at the speaker has gotton old. 4 minutes later my order is taken. Pay and then the lady at the window disappears for five minutes. Comes back with my coffee and never see her again. Instead I spend 7 minutes watching the other girl slowly work on my two mini wraps never finishing them. 7 minutes I watched... Just for two wraps until I drove off. Some say she is still making them. The lights are on but no one works here.

I said that’s not what I ordered I she said yes it is in a snarky tone I said i ordered iced not frozen she snapped back and said well you should have specified. They refused to remake my coffee after I paid

I don’t think they have ever took my order right as I got to the speaker, I’m always told to wait and this is incredibly infuriating. And the employees aren’t that nice and they are just wearing whatever.. who runs this place? It’s a dump

My mother went to this dunkin at 7am this morning to get a decaf coffee (she can't have caffeine because it makes her feel sick). She drank the coffee which the employee told her was decaf because that's what she ordered. But after she drank it, she felt energized at first. Then she felt dizzy, nauseus, sweating, her lips went numb, and she could barely move. She felt very sick for several hours. Dunkin, please be honest. Maybe it was a mistake, but in case it wasn't, if a customer asks for decaf and you don't have decaf coffee made, either tell the customer you don't have any or just make the decaf coffee. Do the right thing.

Could not even get a "hello" or "welcome in" or "I'll be right with you!" I walked out after 3-4 minutes. One employee was on the customer side of the counter talking to the other employees. I assumed maybe she was break but not a good look!
