Rice5 days ago1.0this is the worst location when it comes to time management they often don’t open on time and they leave you sitting at the window for five minutes before anyone comes even take your your money anything very poor service here the lady in the morning you guys need to get someone that can do the job.

- SWSamantha WakeApr 6, 20261.0I ordered a LARGE iced coffee today from here and was charged for a LARGE iced coffee. An employee at the window handed me a MEDIUM I politely pointed out that this was a medium and I ordered a large. He apologized and went to go tell the young woman making my coffee that it was supposed to be a large. I intently watched her to see if she was remaking my coffee… she poured my medium coffee into a large cup and dumped extra ice on it… so I’m STILL getting a MEDIUM iced coffee when I PAID FOR A LARGE. I actually asked her “did you just pour my medium coffee into a large cup and add ice?” She shrugged her shoulder and said “that’s what we do for a large” so I get annoyed and drive away because whatever it’s only a dollar and some change difference. But at the end of the day this is false advertising and pretty sure illegal if you’re telling people they are getting a large it should be a large and should be more COFFEE than a medium … not just extra ice.

Staff shortage make it even harder, having to turn off mobile ordering completely on such days. Needless to say, quality of service has been affected due to these issues. Staff are friendly and polite it's just a busy place. Faster to do walkin then drive through
