  Went on a Sunday early morning and it was busy with 8 people behind counter and I ordered 4 different drinks. Mine somehow lost. They don’t announce when done so I waited a bit and asked and it was like where’s Waldo. At least I got it.

  I used to love this location 😢 The morning manager is terrible at what she does. She is very unprofessional. The fowl language she uses to her employees and customers is something I've never experienced before. She does not belong in managment what so ever. I felt uncomfortable being inside waiting for my order. The way she looked at me and even addressed me was completely uncalled for. Hostile environment for workers and customers. They don't care about your order. Man handled everyone's order. Also just make it the way they believe it should be instead of reading the tag to see how the customer actually wanted there order made. Absolutely terrible experience.

  I bought a small tea tonight around 8:22 I had an employee he was a male and he was weird and little bit out of it and he served me a tea with scattered glass in it rate is a zero had to make an incident report

  I've been going here for awhile and they rarely get my order wrong. Pretty decent and delicious.
