- LBLaQuisha Bridges6 days ago1.0July 17, 2026! Totally disrespected by Management! I had my order remade twice in the drivethru. Double toasted with strawberry cream cheese! 1st wasn't double toasted then I got one still single toasted and plain without cream cheese at all! Assumed it was right and went all the way to work to open up another wasted bagel! I returned and thought surely since this will be the 3rd time and I am now inside and the manager herself was preparing the food would get it right! Her response was "Just give her a refund." She never even acknowledged me, she spoke sideways. I was thinking it was an apology for messing up my order twice, but it was instead give her a refund and get her out of here! I left with no apology and no food! I won't return to this West Henrietta Rd. Location and I will be sure my coworkers or my family know not to return as well!

At the drive-thru I had to repeat my order multiple times because the staff kept talking over me and clearly weren’t listening. It felt disorganized and unprofessional from the start. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, and what I received was basically a black iced coffee with no cream or sugar. The sticker even said “regular,” so either the order was entered incorrectly or it was completely ignored when being made. Either way, it was made wrong, tasted awful, and showed a lack of basic attention to detail. When a simple coffee order can’t even be handled correctly, that’s a problem. Definitely not what I expect from a chain like this, and I won’t be rushing back to this location anytime soon.

I’m lactose so I said bacon and egg bagel, they gave me cheese on it. I find it odd that I was given something that wasn’t asked for. Sure, most get cheese but I feel like I said “bacon” and “egg” quite clearly. But thanks for ruining my morning. Cheers.
