At the drive-thru I had to repeat my order multiple times because the staff kept talking over me and clearly weren’t listening. It felt disorganized and unprofessional from the start. I ordered a large caramel iced coffee with regular cream and sugar, and what I received was basically a black iced coffee with no cream or sugar. The sticker even said “regular,” so either the order was entered incorrectly or it was completely ignored when being made. Either way, it was made wrong, tasted awful, and showed a lack of basic attention to detail. When a simple coffee order can’t even be handled correctly, that’s a problem. Definitely not what I expect from a chain like this, and I won’t be rushing back to this location anytime soon.

I’m lactose so I said bacon and egg bagel, they gave me cheese on it. I find it odd that I was given something that wasn’t asked for. Sure, most get cheese but I feel like I said “bacon” and “egg” quite clearly. But thanks for ruining my morning. Cheers.

She is tall with dark hair and has consistently been rude and dismissive when taking orders. On several occasions, her tone has come across as irritated and unprofessional, making what should be a quick and pleasant stop for coffee feel uncomfortable. What’s especially disappointing is that the rest of the staff have generally been polite and helpful, so this behavior stands out even more. However, repeated interactions like this have ultimately driven my office to stop coming to this location altogether, despite being regular customers. Customer service matters, especially in a place people rely on daily. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure a more respectful and welcoming experience for everyone.

They gave me 3x 4 different kinds - 3x chocolate glazed x3, french cruellers, 3x old fashioned, and 3x powder coated jelly filled.... not sure where the boston cream or other varieties were. Not really impressed. If I ordered again, id have to literally type out every donut they should put in the mix. Not sure if I want to go through that trouble, I'd probably just order from a different location
