  I ordered 2 sausage wake up wraps and it was cold. They didn't bake it. Ugh that pissed me off. I went home and warm it up.... Come on seriously that's what I paid for....

  The lady that waited on us was rude and made drinks wrong and we even told them no whip cream on one of drinks and she put it on and when we went to grab drink we said that was to have no whip cream she goes well it comes with it and got upset because we asked if she could please remove it any other dunkin would have she goes oh my I guess

  I ordered a bacon wake up wrap & a strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea. I came to this one because it’s the closest one to my house in the 19th ward. My wrap had uncooked bacon in it, because that is definitely not what you called cooked bacon. Why would you serve that to your customers if you wouldn’t eat that yourself. And the drink had more tea and barely any taste of the strawberry!! Let’s just say I won’t be coming back to this one I will take the drive to another location because it’s ridiculous! Train your staff better, & to serve customers the way they would want to be treated! And why is the drive through so damn slow! I thought fast food was supposed to be fast.

  The workers cannot get an order straight for 3 days straight! All I ordered was a coffee and they apparently cannot even input the information incorrectly into the computer as I dictate it to them. Most of the time the workers are also very rude and act as if you are bothering them. Am I taking your precious TicTok scrolling time away from you by coming here? The interior is pretty dirty and the parking lot unplowed in the winter time. This business does not deserve my money any longer. I will drive out of my way to a different coffee shop rather than put money into the pockets of the rude, distracted workers at this establishment! It is time to replace all fast food workers in the US with robots and computers.
