  Unfortunately.. I am deaf. And I decided to do drive thru.. they asked me to come inside TWICE. I told them no. They got frustrated and finally got the order in time. It took like 2-5 minutes waiting and trying to get my order done with. But sadly the 2 males working there were not kind. Food was good. The Gatorade bottle was bent. But overall it wasn’t good experience as deaf person to do drive thru. I won’t recommend this place for any deaf people to come unless there’s improvements need to be taken care of. Thank you.

  They didn’t want to open their doors so drive thru was the only option, my shaken expresso was WHITE, all milk no expresso then the lady had attitude’ when I got home the ice was gone not sure of it had any’ Then to top it off I never received a receipt or my $8 change lol worst dunking in Rochester after lake ave

  I love this Dunkin. I have been to every Dunkin in Rochester. I’ve even went out as far as Webster and penfield. None of them measure up. This Dunkin I go to every day because they provide quick friendly service and ALWAYS make my frozen coffee perfect. Every Dunkin I’ve gone to either make them to strong or to watered down and ur given an attitude..But This Dunkin does a wonderful job at making them & The staff is friendly and helpful. They do get really busy and sometimes you may have to wait but it’s never very long.
