  Ordered pizza tonight, paid for 2 dipping sauce, and did not receive them. Order was incorrect with no pepperoni, and the sauce was nearly nonexistent.

  So disappointed. Ordered our 3 pizzas with the garlic crust & did not get the garlic crust. Didn't think we'd have to open & check the boxes before taking home. Dominoes garlic crust is the only pizza crust I'll eat. So to not get it as ordered is disappointing.

  The best pizza I have tried in USA . After trying all pizzas around Rochester NY I can say I wouldnt change the Domino's pizza. But I would say also it's more expensive than others

  Ordered pizza with squre cut FOR REASON instead they cut regular because they said they are "busy" and offered me to come back and they will "fix it".new management is HORRIBLE

  I have been buying from here for years and have had issues. I understand it's not ok to deal with it but happens. I have had no issues with them correcting there problem. Today I called because there was a long hair inside the pizza I bought yesterday and I had a slice of one side of the pie and my wife a slice from the other side luckily none of us had the one where the hair was. I separated a slice from another and a hair was there i thought it was my hair but when I tried removing thinking it was mine it was stuck in the pizza and I pulled with enough force but not to break it and it wouldn't come out. I called the store when I discovered it and the night manager says I have to go in the morning to show the manager in the morning what happened so they can investigate and see if they will give me credit or not. I have never heard of such a thing so I told him I will not buy from there again since they had messed up my order 5 weeks ago I have a credit already then couple weeks ago instead of banana peppers on half they put it on all when my wife doesn't do well with spicy food. Now I didnt complain about that cause she decided she wouldn't eat any of it. But now to deal with this does anyone think that the manager akmahad or what ever his name is the night manager at the longpond maiden lane domino's, ya think he handled it the right way would you accept that as an answer?!!!! Today is now 5/5/26. I didnt want to order from here anymore but my daughter loves the white pizza and this is the closest dominos near us. So I had to order for her and the delivery driver tries to hand me an order and rush off but I stopped him as I knew that wasn't my order. I told him my order and he said ill be back. He took off telling me I didnt have to call the store but, I call the store and they say he didnt give my order to another address but that he was gonna go switch the order. He didnt go back to the store cause it takes longer than 3 to 4mins to get to that location from my address. They wanted me to accept it or that they would remake my order I dont trust that. So I dont know what js wrong with this location but they are terrible!!! I don't know anyone who would accept food after being left at another address
