I'll start by saying I haven't eaten at DiBellas in a couple years. I knew I could order online and it would be ready pretty quickly. That process was good, and my Chicken Philly sub was ready in less than 15 min. What I didn't know, was that portion sizes have gotten a whole lot smaller, and the price has gotten a whole lot bigger. A medium sub, chips and a 20oz drink was just over $18 with tax. The sandwich was ok. Not a lot of meat. It seemed like it was thick sliced deli chicken that was chopped up. I ate the whole sandwich and was still hungry. That's an experience I don't remember ever having at DiBellas. The bread seemed smaller than I remember as well. The meat to bread ratio would have been perfect if there was twice the meat. I don't think I'll be going back to a DiBellas because it has change quite a bit from what it was that made it so popular. There are plenty of other options in Rochester that are better. The corporate model changed the whole experience. You used to get a quality product at a decent price. It was never cheap, but it was worth it. Now it seems like maximizing profit has trumped value.

Been going to DiBella's for years, but today was not up to standards. We live 20 away. Got home and our Dagwood sandwiches was missing one of the three meats, we asked for tomatoes and all other available vegetables, but most are missing. Cheese was almost nonexistent. Same with mayo and Pryor toppings. When we called we had to wait several minutes to talk to some one only to be told to bring the sandwich back on3, from the other side of the county. We will not be returning to this location for a while

Stopped by while working in the area during lunchtime. Our orders were taken right away and made in just a few minutes. My ham sub was made exactly as ordered and very fresh. Great ingredients made a great sub. They continue to be a must go-to if youre looking for a sub!

DiBella's will always hold a special place in my heart when I was a college student.
