  We ended our night here, and we had the pleasure of having Andrew as our server. He helped capture the atmosphere from the beginning! The food and games are an added bonus. Great night!

  I felt as though my experience was negative the second I asked for a booth due to my bad back. The host was clearly annoyed as well as the servers. I could hear them complaining from the host stand. I genuinely was not trying to be difficult, I just am having health issues. From there it just kept going down hill. There were issues with my order.. management was not willing to fix the problem without an up charge (or so I was told by my sever. No manager approached us). Then the meal came and it took up 1/4 of the dish (no exaggeration). This was a child's proportion and even another guest behind us agreed when they overheard our conversation. They said they got the same meal and the proportion was triple the size. Keep in mind this is a 20 dollar meal and as someone who has had it MANY times felt as though that was intentional because they were annoyed with me. Im not one to complain, ever. However it kept getting worse. The card then gave us issues the entire night and even though we approached the counter about it three times, nothing was done. No offer to switch over to another card or anything. They kept telling us it was the games we were choosing but the man on the floor confirmed it should work for the blue and green games. As frequent flyers I'm just beyond disappointed. I've been there so many times, and have even thrown parties here. I've have never had a bad experience till last night. I just hope our next experience is better, it's one of our favorite family fun nights.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience! Tiara and I had such a great time at Dave & Buster’s in Rochester yesterday! From the games and atmosphere to the overall customer service, everything made for a really fun experience. We came in to enjoy ourselves and definitely left with some great memories! A special shoutout to Sadie, the manager! She was absolutely wonderful, welcoming, attentive, and made sure we felt taken care of. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about their guests and represents their establishment so well. Thank you, Sadie, for helping make our visit such a great one! We’ll definitely be back! 🎮🕹️❤️ 10/10 experience — highly recommend Dave & Buster’s Rochester!

  The food always exceeds my expectations. The sirloin was cooked perfectly. My 3 year old says dave and busters has her favorite ranch, haha. Most notably service was excellent!!! Eric, Yoshi, Vaugn, are all great servers. I can really tell they’re trying to make a nice experience for all guests. Even the person who delivered our food to the table was very kind. Last time the manager checked in and was friendly too. Highly impressed and highly recommend!
