Im not sure what happened to this location, but it is downright horrible. I ordered my food and a blizzard, a family of 5 in front of me got all their blizzards handed to them at the window. I pull up, pay, and was then told to move up. After several minutes of waiting, I finally get the blizzard. I checked my food and it was literally slapped together with the bare minimum of ingredients and lightly warmed in a microwave. I pulled up front and received a refund for my poorly made food. I did not check my blizzard and drink and was ripped off. I paid extra for additional cheesecake and found that there was no cheesecake whatsoever and several nearly frozen strawberries, not to mention hard bits of items that would appear to be the result of poor machine cleaning. I tried my soda and spat it out immediately as it was bitter and tasted like the soda syrup to water ratio was wildly off. The owners of this location should be ashamed of the kind of service their employees are providing to customers.

At 4pm on a Friday afternoon, we were the only vehicle in the drive-through. We ordered two small cones -- not dipped, no coating. Just a chocolate cone and a vanilla cone, both plain. At $4.86 per cone, which is a splurge in this economy, we were surprised the cones were about half the size of a McDonald's cone and the quality was colosally disappointing. The vanilla cone was icy and 100% flavorless. Not even the tiniest hint of flavor. And it had four small shreds of what appeared to be a gray cleaning cloth in it. The chocolate cone tasted chocolatey, but was so icy, it was literally the texture of a snow cone. Neither cone had DQ's signature curl, either, because they were too icy to hold the shape of a curl. They were clearly the result of either a malfunctioning ice cream machine or an employee who didn't care to operate the machine correctly. What's even worse is the cones LOOKED like a snowcone. The all-ice, no cream texture was obvious from the appearance alone . . . and an employee chose to serve them anyway. That total and complete apathy toward customers is what's infuriating about the whole experience. Incidentally, we commented at the window about how icy the cones appeared, but the employee shut the window and walked away while we were mid-sentence. They knew and weren't sticking around to make it right. We got directly on the interstate . . . otherwise, we would have turned around and returned them and asked for our (nearly) $10 back. The absolute worst "ice cream" we've ever had. Both cones had to be trashed. We might as well have stayed home and thrown a $10 bill in the trash can. They were so awful, we said we'll absolutely never go to this DQ location again. I'm only giving 1 star because zero stars is not an option. 🤨☹️😠

Got two blizzards through the drive thru that did not pass the flip test. They handed them out anyway, dripping all over us and the car. She asked if we wanted extra napkins. Obviously! While wiping the dripping mess around one of the cups, ice cream comes flowing out of a hole in the cup itself. Went inside to have a remake because that's not ok or sanitary at all! The lady said it was the chocolate pieces that broke the cup. Ok, and...? Her solution, a second cup to put it in, still dripping all over the place. Literally, go ANYWHERE else. The quality and service here is terrible.

What happened to this Dairy Queen?? Went through for an ice cream on a hot night. Ordered 2 Blizzards: one Smore and one Cheesecake. Get to the window and pay, the lady comes over and hands me one , and flips the other one upside down.. (their schtick) a dollop of ice cream falls out and her and I make eye contact. All she asks me , "do you want some napkins?" This thing is violently dripping ice cream at this point.. come to find out there is a hole in the cup. I pull around and go inside.. have to wait in line with this waterfall of a blizzard in my hand and when I get to the counter .. the lady tries to blame it on the contents of the ice cream tearing the cup during mixing!!! You've got to be kidding me, so you saw it tear during mixing (ignored it), flipped it and lost some out of the cup (ignored it) and then have the audacity to blame pieces of chocolate. What?! Grossly negligent, unacceptable staff and unapologetic unprofessional service ... 10/10 would NOT recommend to anybody. Ever.
