  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Sweet on Mount Hope today. I haven’t been here in quite some time, and unfortunately, the customer service and cleanliness have really gone downhill. When we went to place our order, the cashier’s attitude was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. Her tone and demeanor were so off-putting that my husband ultimately didn’t even want to order food anymore. Customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or unwelcome when they are simply trying to place an order. The cleanliness of the restaurant was also very concerning. The tables were sticky and clearly needed to be cleaned, and the floors were dirty and sticky as well. The overall condition of the dining area did not give the impression that it was being properly maintained. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customer service and cleanliness are basic expectations, and both need significant improvement. I remember having much better experiences here in the past, which makes today’s visit especially disappointing.

  Best wings and sauce 🫙 in the country 🇺🇸!!! I am in California now but, I continue to buy the sauce on Amazon. It goes on everything. I make a pilgrimage to a location 📍 every time I come home to Rochester.

  Employees do not answer the phone at all what's inside the restaurant and heard the phone ringing the entire time, employee said she's not answering because she's short staffed and 2 hours before closing.... She wanted to go home so she locked the door and started closing the store, otherwise food was pretty good 😊

  The food is amazing. What is pissing me off as a customer is seeing this woman answering the phone, then hanging up on the customers, while OPENLY stating outloud that she's purposefully putting calls on hold or hanging up on them after they call back. I had to come in person because I assumed somebody was putting me on hold every time I called back. This place barely has customers for them to be hanging up on customers or putting them on hold for more than an hour ON PURPOSE. If you don't wanna do the job, then don't work here.

  They no longer provide handi wipes so you will leave there with sticky fingers. The portion of sauce they give you now is very stingy and insufficient to even cover the wings let alone the bread. When asked for extra sauce, did not get it. Will not go back to the Mt Hpe store, may try out the Greece store to see if it is any better. If not, wil go to Sam's Birdland on Scottsville Rd.
