  This Chipotle should probably be shut down. If you aren’t going to have staffed restaurant and literally have the doors locked with people waiting to get food, you probably shouldn’t open a new location. If you thought the Mt. Hope one was bad, this is worse.

  Absolute disaster at dinner. This location was heavily understaffed. Food was everywhere on the floor, trash full and tables dirty. There were no veggies,no salsa left at all. I thought it would be great as it was a new location, but I was so disappointed!

  Skip this location. I've been here 3x in the last few weeks: First time chicken was cold.. Had to pull it out of my bowl piece by piece and microwave it and then eat it. This was a 6/10 experience because it was still good at least. Second time I did an online order.. Got it home and everything I wanted had corn salsa on it that I didn't ask for.. this was like a 5/10 experience.. Just corn though really but who wants that on a quesadilla? Then today I went in. I wanted both rice and no beans in a bowl with chicken, cheese, Medium salsa and lettuce. So when I said both rice.. he scraped the bottom of both.. Paced a bit.. Then went around the corner and came back with proper rice in my bowl. Chicken was fine.. medium salsa was fine.. theni asked for cheese and lettuce.. he only had like two pieces of lettuce in front of him and zero cheese (not talking queso). He said he didn't have it. I asked if he had it around the corner. He said yes. Then he said he can only give me a little cheese and a little lettuce. I ask why. He says it's because it's for the online orders. So I ask why people who go to the location in person can't get the same food that people who online order get.. He gets the manager. This girl is like 20 she's very nice and sweet. Now he's telling her her offered me "healthy portions of lettuce and cheese" I tell them both I'm out of here age I'll just go somewhere else. So do that.. Go somewhere else.

  Went in to get some food for myself and my daughter, walked in and the three workers looked at me and went back to their loud very profane conversation behind the line. After about 5 minutes one girl broke off and looked at me and just said "I'm gonna wash my hands I'll be back" and while i appreciate knowing she was washing her hands, I didn't receive any welcome to the location or greeting at all. Her service was passable, she was quite quiet so I had to ask her to repeat herself, but I cant really blame her because it was hard to hear her over the shorter petite girl telling the larger guy "you took forever in the bathroom, I was gonna come in there and beat your ass" then ask him "did you prep the damn beans?" To which he replied "nah I didn't do that shit". I get conversations behind the line can be a little loud, but in customer service openly having those types of conversations isn't acceptable. The food was decent, the line was on the dirty side, but not to the point I wasn't willing to eat my food. I expected a more welcoming atmosphere from a brand new store sitting right outside Costco. The younger blonde girl who came in behind me was visibly uncomfortable standing there waiting for her online order. I expected better from Chipotle which I normally love visiting.

  Terrible service, the worse I ever had in my life. The guy had an angry face and barely gave any meat. They don’t want to work. I recommend hiring people that want to work and are excited to serve customers. Do not recommend. 0/5 ! Terrible, should close down.
