  I don’t know what is going on in Rochester with Chipotle, but every single one has gone downhill as they opened a bunch of new locations. They never have tortilla CHIPS anymore, and when they do they’re not crispy. They never have peppers & onions from the grill. The other day they were just closed because they didn’t have any workers. Time to raise wages & get yourself some reliable employees?!

  Every other Chipotle in this area, I have or would give 1 or 2 stars. So I guess this is a step up? I've mostly used the Chipotlane here, probably 5 or 6 times. Every time I arrive my food is ready. All my orders have been correct, except two times. One time I did not receive a fork and thankfully I checked the bag as I left, but I had pulled away from the Chipotlane already, then because I was in a hurry, I ran inside to grab one. So that was a fail on the efficiency of the "Chipotlane." I've asked after that time at my orders through the Chipotlane, "Is a fork inside?" They'll hesitate and say, "Yeah I think so" or something to that effect, since the bag is sealed, they don't double check for me, so I'll just ask them to hand me a fork anyway "just in case." Or I'll open the bag before I pull away and before I leave the window. And yesterday really sucked. I pulled up to the Chipotlane. It happened to be in a handle bag that wasn't sealed so I was able to easily check for the fork. But my bag of chips were missing. So I asked for chips and they gave them to me no problem. Then I pulled away and didn't realize until way later when I was able to eat that they left out three ingredients I asked for. Mild salsa, corn salsa, and fajita veggies 😩 And I paid for double protein, so it really sucks my order wasn't correct with paying for double protein. And I checked the order I made, and those ingredients I DID select, they just completely left them out. And any food I have received has always (almost always) has been made fine. I always get a burrito bowl and the ingredients are made correctly and are tasty. BUT other than that, the chips are sometimes stale. Out of all approximately, 7 orders I've made, about two times the chips were stale, but they weren't so bad, because I could still eat them. I've been in the establishment two times (one for the fork and one to order). Both times, all of the tables, many chairs, and the dining room floor were covered with food. My ordering experience inside the one time was pleasant. Whoever was making my order took the time to grab ingredients that were out at the station. I asked for double protein and she piled it on. But I would not enjoy eating inside with the dining room in that condition. Unfortunately this is "better" than many Chipotles in the area 😕

  WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. The staff was horribly miserable and rude. They were out of cheese, chicken, steak, both rices, vinaigrette. The queso was so crusty and it looked like it was sitting there for a week. The lemonade machines had mold in them. The rewards scanner didn't work. Overall a terrible experience and the staff made everything worse. Never again.

  I came to pick up a take out order, it was a simple steak bowl with chips. I was told it was being worked on and would be ready soon. They served at least 15 people until I very loudly said I had been waiting 30 minutes (it was actually longer than that). The order was handed to me about 2 min after. Absolutely trash service, there were several employees so not a staff issue. Considered complaining to corporate
