  I walked into the restaurant and was greeted by everyone in there! Everyone had an amazing attitude and provided great service. An employee had a question about portions and called a manager over. She was really sweet and helpful. I think her name was Julie, I overheard it when the employee called the manager over. She had a lot on her plate it seemed, but was still respectful and patient with both her employees and customers. It was really nice to see someone handle a busy situation so well while still keeping a positive attitude. The food was also great and everything came out fresh and tasting really good! You can tell the employees actually care about giving customers a good experience. I 100% recommend coming to this store! Amazing customer service, great food, and a great attitude from everyone there. If it helps, I was there at around 11:27 AM on a Thursday! Definitely one of the best Chipotles I’ve been to ever! Unlike mount hope.

  Came in at 5 pm on a Saturday. They were out of peppers and onions along with guac. I understand later in the evening on a Monday… but 5pm on a Saturday? Also the food was bland? We all know our chipotle order, and how they taste. Both mine and my girlfriend’s bowls seemed like they were missing salt? Like something was made incorrectly , or several things were. I’m not one to complain, but I genuinely want this location to be better bc it’s the closest lol.

  Portions were smaller than normal and none of the lemonade drinks were filled. When asked (with multiple workers standing around talking) the answer was that they didn't have any of the made up yet. All 4 flavors were completely empty. This was after leaving another location qhere they were not taking orders at the counter and you could only order through the app. Moe's is going to be getting my business going forward.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle because of an employee named Destiny. She was extremely rude, spoke to me in a nasty and disrespectful tone, and made what should have been a simple pick up very unpleasant. I understand that everyone has difficult days, and I know she is pregnant, but that does NOT excuse treating customers with disrespect. She seems to always have an attitude, which is why I decided to leave this review. I hope management does something about this horrible customer service. I now have to drive 15min to the other location for better service.

  I’ve given this place so many chances. Long wait times. 1 PM on a Sunday and this place is closed. During the week they run out of food in the evening one time I even came around 4 PM and they ran out of food. This place is so unorganized and they shouldn’t even opened when there’s already a chipotle less than a mile away let’s be for real.
