  I have been to this location twice on my lunch break. Both times they started making the bowl and then the employee came up saying what they didn’t have (cheese, corn and lettuce). The first time I said never mind and left. The second time I was with my friend who asked why they couldn’t pull the toppings from the drive through line. He responded by saying that he asked the manager and they couldn’t use any toppings from the drive thru line to complete our bowls and that they prioritize the drive through customers over the customers that walked in. We both refused to pay for bowls (rice, meat and beans) with no toppings and left. Before we pulled off my friend returned to the store and asked for corporate number to report the issue. Miraculously now they can prepare more corn and lettuce. This location is joke and the employees have poor attitudes.

  I usually have a pretty good experience when I go to this location, especially when the GM is there, but what happened today kind of ruined it. I ordered today at around 5:30PM so it was busy. When i ordered my protein, the kid who was on the station gave me half of a scoop of the al pastor chicken, basically the equivalent size scoop they use for beans. I realized that they were running low and instead of going over telling the cook he needed more, or using ingredients from the drive-thru area (which i’ve seen them do plenty times before). I asked for a little more and he legitimately added two more pieces of chicken. I was kind of in shocked and he looked at me with a deadpan face, so i asked the girl who was in charge of toppings to give me another scoop, and she gave me an extra FULL scoop. it should not cost almost $50 to get two bowls with a reasonable amount of protein. I have never had this issue before but the online memes about chipotle being skimpy is true. I do t know if it’s company policy or if the people making the bowls were just being lazy. I should be paying for what’s being advertised, no less, no more.

  Walked out. Took forever. Didn't seem like anyone there cared or had any idea what they're doing. Last time I came got hardly any meat and a mess of a burrito. Done with Chipotle sorry

  I came to this Chipotle because it was next to the hotel I was staying at. First thing is this has to be the dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to. Trays stacked up on the garbage and no one cleaned around the prep station. Second, I approached the gentleman preparing my food letting him know I wanted 2 bowls and a burrito. He didnt say one word to me. Usually I'm asked if I wanted rice. Nothing. I told him I wanted white rice. I waited for him to ask me if I wanted beans. Again, nothing. Finally I asked him if we were going to have a conversation. I told him it is part of customer service. From there, after he put beans and cheese on my entrees, he tells me they have no quac, corn salsa, or lettuce. They chose not to restock even though there was an hour before they closed. Dirty, lazy, and not good customer service. I will not eat here again or recommend it.
