In the nicest way possible, where do you find your employees? I experienced the SLOWEST service tonight, these people were scooping in slow motion. There was a line out the door and not a lick of urgency. One employee made HIS meal while the other employee waited for him to be done before starting a customers. How do I know he was making it for himself? Because he took it to the counter by the drink machine and sat right down to eat it. The line was filthy, toppings mixed in other toppings, hot sauce in the lime sauce, lettuce and cheese all over everything. I watched one employee cough into her wrist and then not change gloves until asked to by a customer. The employee that did the meat gave me half and half meat when I asked for double, and the second employee on the line asked if I got half and half or double. I asked what it looked like and she said half and half, so I requested the amount of meat that was allowed to charge for a double. I still feel that it was less meat than I typically get with a double. The meat itself is SO SPICY. I got the steak and barbacoa, typically these are low heat. But whoever made these has no idea how to season them correctly. They were so spicy that it was hardly edible. And this is the second time I’ve gone to this location where the meat is so spicy it’s nearly inedible. I don’t leave bad reviews and will eat pretty much anything, but this experience was too bad not to say something. Do better chipotle, hire better employees that actually care.

This evening, the customers appeared to be rather boisterous, an atmosphere that what I seen to be exacerbated by the senior manager or line cook's apparent reprimand of the young workers. From my observation, the front house staff who was a young woman performing her duties with exceptional quality, particularly while attending to our table. A young man, equally competent, also served us and others effectively. The food quality was exceptional. However, significant improvements are required regarding the environmental setup and the pressure experienced, necessitating extensive revisions in those areas as the conduct of the senior management and line cook exhibiting what I perceive as toxic and negative behaviors within the work environment, is unacceptable. Mumbling slurs, and downgrading the workers while they should be focused on the operation, and ultimately what makes customers know your name due to the systems and face of the people. Regrettably, I will not be returning to this establishment. The front of house staff, who demonstrate such professionalism, deserve promotion, while the detrimental management should be replaced. This situation is truly astonishing, and coincides with the reviews of what other people have experienced at this location.

We have been going to this chipotle since they opened and meals and service have consistently gotten worse. Most weekdays the lane to pick up food is behind. We have been shorted on bags of chips and the amount of food has gotten smaller - my son’s burrito was about the size of a hot dog and bun many times. Tonight was the worst. I drove up and gave my name. They handed me a bag and immediately I noticed that it was too light for 3 meals and chips for all. Sticker on the bag says “1 bag” and they only had chips in the bag. They looked around and gave me another bag, so I drove off. I got 1/2 home and realized that they only gave me 2 of the 3 bags, so I turned around to get the 3rd bag. Food: I got home and when I pulled out the food I knew it was going to be bad. My wife ordered a steak bowl. It was so small and there were 3 whole pieces of meat in it. My chicken burrito was not completely wrapped in foil and was completely wrong. The only 2 things they got right were rice and chicken. There was lettuce (that I did not order) and nothing else that I did order in there. My son ate his small burrito and said “it was almost all rice!” This is really disappointing not because it happened, but because it seems like just that to continues to get worse every time.

(This is in no way a jab at the employees but more so management and beyond.) Idk what is going on with the Chipotles in the Rochester area but each location I go to seems to be a chaotic mess and this one is the worst. Why do they all seem to be so understaffed especially during peak hours? Why is it that I'm coming here on a Friday afternoon at 5:30pm and having to wait 30+ mins to get a bowl of food? Why is only ONE PERSON behind the line making all of the food while also ringing up everyone at the register? The last thing people want to do on a Friday afternoon after being at work all day is wait in a long line..... and on top of that, they were out of white rice and the Honey Chipotle Chicken. The 2 things I wanted in my bowl. So incredibly annoyed to the point that I'm writing this long, rant filled review.

This is more so to help you guys out rather than all the other negative reviews here. I ordered catering and they did fine although a few minutes late. The suggestion I have is that my catering made everyone else wait very long and online orders so behind people just walked out… long story short I like the freshness of the catering idea but you should double the staff and product next time… trust me it’s worth it to pay a little extra for employees and product to be prepared than have a bunch of customers not return/walk out/write bad reviews all bc you don’t have enough staff or product I’m not sure what one. But genuinely this should help you a lot if you take this advice
