  Parking lot and glass doors not clean. Food was not worth the price.

  Only bother if you can order in person and have time to wait. Using the app either your food will be ice cold because they never mark it ready for pickup, or if you go at the appointed time, you're going to wind up circling the parking lot or dining room for 20 minutes waiting for them to eventually get to you. It's 3:10 pm and my order still says "in process" (I picked it up, ice cold, 15 minutes ago.)

  Portions have gotten smaller and smaller every time I’ve come to this location. I’ve told myself multiple times that I wasn’t going to come back, but today was the last straw. My bowl had one small scoop of chicken and one small scoop of rice. I leave hungry almost every time I eat here. I’ve never left a review for any restaurant before, but my experience at this location has been so consistently disappointing that I felt it warranted one. If you’re thinking about coming here, I’d recommend going to a different location.

  Do you like to order on the app, show up at the time you ordered for, and then wait a half an hour to get a meal you can’t recognize as the one you ordered? Well, if you do -this is the place for you!!! After ordering on the app- for 530… we got to wait until 6 for every single item in our order to be wrong or completely effed up. This was the most recent time, and certainly not the only time. I like chipotle, but wow get it together east ave location.

  Absolute worst chipotle in the entirety of Rochester. Service is always trash, they always act as if you are a burden and only ever one person working on the food while everyone else does nothing. Went tonight and waited in line for 20 minutes with a line of 7 of us, got up to the front of the line and the young guy clocked out and said his time was up and all the employees argued about who would go work the line because they didn’t want to. Ended up leaving and thank god we did because the entire restaurant looked dirty, trash all over and bins filled to the brim. I wish I could rate this chipotle a 0/5 stars in ALL categories.
