Stopped in on Saturday, August 29, 2026. The service was absolutely horrible. We waited in line for over 40 minutes. Only one person was making the food and ringing up customers. One person was on kitchen duty. There were two people on the back line completing online orders. They were severely understaffed. I do not blame this on the employees, as they are doing the best that they can. This is an issue with the owner. This location as well as several other Chipotle’s, has terrible service due to not having enough staff. This falls on management and the owners not the staff. I actually feel for the staff. They shouldn’t have to work under those conditions. I felt bad for them. It’s not right.

This Chipotle was absolutely disgusting. I honestly believe the health department needs to inspect this location because the conditions I witnessed were unacceptable for a restaurant serving the public.
The countertops were filthy, the floors were filthy, and there were flies flying around the food. Food was uncovered, and ingredients were spread all over the counter and mixed together. There were food droppings and pieces of different ingredients throughout the food area.
I was also very concerned about the glove practices. I watched the same gloves being used while handling meat and then continuing to prepare food for customers requesting vegetarian or vegan meals. Gloves should be changed between handling different foods to prevent cross contact.
I specifically ordered a VEGETARIAN bowl and found a piece of CHICKEN in my food. 🤢 That is completely unacceptable. If someone orders vegetarian food, they should be able to trust that their food is actually vegetarian.
This location needs to take cleanliness, food handling, cross contact prevention, and overall sanitation much more seriously. I’m very disappointed, and I would not feel comfortable eating here again until the conditions are properly addressed.
Someone needs to inspect this place before somebody gets seriously sick.

This Chipotle location in Chili was really good when it first opened, but unfortunately it has gone downhill very quickly. The line moves extremely slowly because only one person is actually serving customers. I honestly feel bad for her because she is trying to handle everything by herself while the other employees are walking around, looking busy, but not actually helping.
There is absolutely no teamwork at this location. When there is a long line of customers and several employees are there, everyone should be helping instead of leaving one person to do all the work. The service has become extremely slow and frustrating. This location definitely needs better management and much better teamwork.

This was literally the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Ordered food for pick up drove there for that time waited the drive through for 20mins was told our food had not been made yet drove back around waited in line for 30 more mins. Then when we finally got to the window it took them over 10mins for them to even open the window and ask if we had been helped yet. Employees were extremely rude. I would have been fine and understanding if they were actually nice and cared. Almost an hour wait and they did not put any meat in our food. Never again, don’t waste your time.

This is by far the worst Chipotle location I’ve been to, and unfortunately, I’ll have no choice but to continue going to College Town or Henrietta. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.
Where do I even start? The staff seems poorly trained and, at times, exceptionally unmotivated. It honestly feels as though this location opened before the employees received adequate training. Portion sizes are inconsistent and often incorrect, and every time I’ve visited, the meat has been severely overcooked and under-seasoned especially the steak and they seem to always be running out.
The wait times are also astounding. There can be only a handful of people in line, yet somehow it still takes 30 minutes or more to get through.
I’m not someone who regularly writes Google reviews; I could probably count on one hand how many I’ve written in my life. But after multiple disappointing experiences here, I felt compelled to say something. At this point, I genuinely wouldn’t be disappointed if this location temporarily closed until proper management, training, and quality standards were put into place.
