    I’ve visited this location many times now, and most times the store was extremely busy. I’m not upset—just disappointed by the apparent lack of staffing. The long lines and slow service seemed to be the result of employees doing their best while being stretched too thin. There isn’t a hiring sign outside, but it’s clear the store could benefit from additional staff if it wants to improve the customer experience. Taking care of employees goes a long way. When there aren’t enough people to support the workload, service naturally suffers. I know this isn’t the standard people expect from Chipotle, and I hope management takes steps to improve staffing and better support the team.

    Ordered the new high protein cup and got this tiny side of chicken, still charged $4.50. Guac was completely brown. Ordered a kids meal which includes chips and a drink. They were out of the kid size chip bags and wanted to charge me full price for a bag of chips. Also tried to charge me for the drink before I said something. This was my first time here and it will be my last...

    I really wanted to support this new Chipotle, but it's been disappointing so far. They've only been open for about two months, and I've already experienced them closing early multiple times due to being short-staffed. Today, around 4 PM, I stopped by to grab something quick to eat, and once again they were closed early. I'm not sure what's going on at this location whether it's staffing issues, running out of ingredients, or something else but it seems like there's a lack of consistency. It's frustrating when you can't rely on a restaurant being open during its posted hours. I hope management can figure things out because this location has a lot of potential, but right now it's lacking in several areas

    Did a pick up order made it at 5:50 pm came into the line at 6:20 pm all I had was chips and queso. The young lady at the window said we’re still working on orders still. So I was just telling her politely like oh I don’t have anything that really needs to be cooked. I just have large chips and queso so she tells the young lady behind her on the line and she says in a snappy voice oh well I don’t see her order right now so she’s gonna have to wait.. I said you know what that’s OK. I’m gonna cancel the order. How do I do that? They said in the app. The app is horrible. It told me it was connecting me with somebody. It didn’t for over 15 minutes when I went back and said order issues and told me it’ll give me just a free drink, but my food cost more than a drink . I turned back around literally just getting my order at 6:49 PM literally an hour later just for chips and queso because I had to come back and it was 4 cars in front of me and the wait was so long. They weren’t even acknowledging people in the chipotle drive up window ppl were pulling off to go inside.

    Visited this new location in Gates and unfortunately had a pretty disappointing experience. There was a massive line out the door, but only one employee was working the line making food. He was doing the absolute best he could and deserves credit for pushing through, but he was completely overwhelmed. To make matters worse, the lady on the register (who seemed to be the manager or person in charge) was quite rude, and the cooks in the back weren't any better or helpful. When we finally got our food, the peppers and onions were totally dried out, and the overall food quality just wasn't up to par. Management seriously needs to fix the staffing and customer service issues here.
